I would like it more if the right item was sent...

Tried to order twice. Evidently they will just send you the Sage option no matter what color you select. After 2 bouts of this, I returned in store and haven't bothered to try ordering again. Since another person had the same issue, evidently things are't fixed yet.

Sent me the wrong color with a completely different code number. Not reordering because I don’t want to have to potentially wait for the wrong order again.

Love the waffling, fits great as an oversized quilt that we intend to use during the summer when it’s hot, and then as a blanket topper during colder months. Slightly lighter color but still beautiful. Pairs well with cream sheets

I bought this blanket. Received the wrong color and wrong size. Returned it, ordered another. Received the wrong color and wrong size again. First online purchase with JCPenney, also my last.

They sent me the wrong color for sage twice. If you want the darker green, don't buy this blanket. They will keep sending you the wrong green.

Received Incorrect Item Twice

Like another purchaser, I ordered the olive blanket twice, and twice I received a sage item, each time a different size than I had ordered. Both times I called customer service and alerted them about the issue. I was really looking forward to the olive and excited to give a good review for the product but not sure if I want to try my luck with a third order. I've been told that this item doesn't ship from JC Penney but directly from the manufacturer, so the manufacturer is the one who is dropping the ball.

Thought I was ordering a dark green color. It was very light. Good quality and lightweight so I am not going to return it. I wish it was made with a softer material.

Ordered Twin Olive - received Queen Sage TWICE!

I ordered a twin in Olive green to use as a throw blanket on my King size bed. I received a Queen in Sage green. JCP sent me a return label and honored the sale price when I reordered over the phone. They assured me I would receive the correct item. Instead, I got another Queen in Sage Green. I doubt I'll order again as it seems I'm never going to get the item I want. I can't speak to the quality of the blanket - only to the fact that I can't get what I want.

[Rewarded Review] Wrong Size

Although I ordered the king size blanket, I received a throw blanket. The name of the item states it "throw blanket"; however, it comes in different sizes.There is a discrepancy. I did not reorder as I am afraid I would just receive another throw blanket since that is the name of it. The website doesn't even show they offer the throw blanket size so I am not sure why this would happen unless they are going by the decription name.
