It’s a lot smaller and thinner than the picture indicated. It also won’t stay still while sitting even though the screws are tight

plastic core.

The core of the toilet seat and lid are made of plastic not wood so it cannot be very durable. I just threw it away.

Not a good product. Cheaply made, plastic flimsy hardware. Suggest you avoid this item.

Cheap and flimsy very thin it barely seemed to be padded so we returned it.

You get what you pay for. Like others have said, the plastic bolts are too small and basically worthless. thankfully I kept the bolts from my old seat which were bigger so that will hold it down until I can afford to get a new one. Boo. Very disappointed.

I ordered white the invoice in the box said white the toilet seat was beige. I asked customer service to reorder white they said they couldn't that it would come back beige again. I got a refund.

The truth

Put this tolit seat on my tolit sat on it and just about fell on the floor I moved to take care of business and it happened the bolts came right out of the back of the seat where the hinges are. my husband came in cause I screamed and told him what happened so he got something to hopefully work . The bolts held for awhile but we both have to be very careful. Don't move to quickly or the bolts will come out again. Not thinking they did. boy what a cheap design I wouldn't recommend this seat to anyone

It’s ok but wish I had made a different choice have only used about 1 week waiting to see if the padding cracks like the previous ones i have bought from Home Depot

do not bother purchasing. is made from thin cardboard and glue. mine fell apart within a week. very disappointed. for 20 bucks it should be better. bolts didnt hold hinge down. had to use my old hinge even.

Plastic bolts DO NOT HOLD! Came loose even though no one had even used this toilet. Super cheap materials.

Live this toilet seat nice and soft no more going to the bathroom at night on a cold seat and it has a pretty basket with flowers impressed in the lid of the toilet seat pulls my bathroom together great

The bolts to attach the seat are too small to secure it. The bolt head is too small. Seat shifts easily and because of that the height bumps on the bottom of the seat are breaking off and the seat itself has cracked. Not impressed with this item, especially considering the cost.
