Not a bad looking toilet seat, hardware looked decent but the seat was very hard and uncomfortable.

After 1 year it needed to be replaced as hinges separated from the seat

The seat itself is beautiful, seem it will be very durable, and comfortable. It is a slow close seat, with premium finish that matches the finish of my sink perfectly, smooth with a reflective shine. BUT....installation was a pain, until I used my own long flat head bolt, washer, and a screw on hexon nut as shown in the first photo. The last photo shows what was given to me by Topseat for installation that does not secured the seat. I also need to warn that the seat hinges have tiny parts on the inside containing two balls and two springs per hinge. The instruction say to remove the seat hinges to position them in the right position ...but little tiny springs and balls came out. So please remove the attached seat hinges on a safe surface, where you can see all the pieces in order that you loose no piece.

Beautiful but does not fit my Elongated standard size toilet ! Very dissatisfied disappointed

The first time I have received a defective product from Wayfair. I was unable to send product back because after trying to install it several parts were broken. I wish I had asked for a full refund.

This is our 3rd one. We replaced all the toilet seats in our house with TopSeat because we were so impressed by the first one we bought. This seat works for our family and we are very “hard” on the merchandise.

Purchased for my 250 lb husband who has difficulty getting up and down. He has broken many toilet seats. I was looking for a sturdier seat that was affordable. It worked great! We took it with us when we moved. New bathroom was smaller and he sat more sideways on the seat. It broke after 6 months

Not that I often buy a toilet seat but this one exceeded my expectations. It is real nice looking. Heavy structure, well build. Should take care of some of the heavier individuals in our family quite well. Really was pleasantly surprised with its rich and luxurious look and feel. 2 thumbs up!
