The seat is longer than the toilet bowl by 1.5in to 2 inches but I’m still better off with the new longer 1

Easy too install. Great color match since our toilet’s manufacturer discontinued this color and Bemis was the only one to produce a toilet seat with the Mexican Sand color.

excellent toilet seats for Toto toilets

Great OEM replacement for the Toto toilets, with an improvement over the locking mechanism of the first gen version. The whisper hinges are strong, it will take some time for it to normalize as the lid goes down nicely but slowly.

Well made quality product. Was difficult to identify exact color needed because Ad display colors are much lighter than the actual products. But there is no more banging the seat closed and the LED light is helpful at 3 in the morning. Home Depot might consider carrying some of the Japanese models which have; sprays, perfume, bio-medical checks and air jet features to name a few.

The Bemis toilet seat was a perfect replacement for one installed during my master bath remodel in 2017. I researched on the Bemis website to confirm the dimensions were correct to the existing one, and then compared it to Bemis seats on the Home Depot website for an exact match. This replacement fit perfectly on the original bolts so slipping it on and hand tightening it down was easy and fast. I love the soft close and the easy clean features.

It was easy to put on and will definitely be easy to clean. The color is just what my bathroom needed.

Fit perfectly & much cheaper than Kohler

This product fit my toilet perfectly. It was easy to install and perfectly matches the Kohler Sea Foam Green of the original toilet. I have no complaints on the quality either.

We needed a new toilet seat that matched the color of our 10-yr old Kohler toilet. Unfortunately, Kohler had discontinued the color. After an extensive search, we found a seat by Bemis that had the same color name, “Mexican Sand”. It ended up matching nearly perfectly. Very pleased with design and particular hard to find color match.
