Nice toilet for the price
This is a solid toilet, flushes well, doesn't leave materials in the bowl....Toto makes good stuff
Arrived with a corner of the bowl broken off. It was in a cardboard box with no cushioning (i.e. styrofoam, etc) inside, just the toilet. The box was not marked fragile. Another is being shipped, but not expected for at least two more weeks.

Did lots of research on toilets before purchasing and Toto was highly recommended by almost every plumbing site. Glad I listened and purchased. Works well and looks great, plus the tornado flush system has cleaned the bowel well so far.

Yep, did it again.
This is actually the third Toto toilet we have purchased since the first one (2012). Due to a family member's health issues we needed one that was a bit taller thant the other two. What we have come to like is that they reliable and are so easy to keep clean, Just follow the manufacturer's instructions. But, even more was the outstanding service we recieved from the staff at the Midland Lowe's store. EVERY Staff member we encountered was helpful and caring.
