excellent product, installation a little difficult due to access the bolts to tighten , a concern for future repairs /replacement of toilet handle flush assembly..,

Since it is smooth on the sides, there is no place for dust and dirt to accumulate.

I got 4 of these toilets about 5 years ago. They look sleek and do their job well. I appreciate the two flush options. The clean lines make it easy to clean inside and out.

Delivered on time in good condition. Good experience. Sleek modern look. Working as expected. Only concern is the flush buttons border is loose and move around some. Looking for a fix.

Worst toilet EVER!

Attractive but would HAPPILY take my builder grade $100 toilet back. Next to no water runs down bowl when you flush. You will see whatever color TB cleaner you use for long time. TP hits front wall of bowl and stays there because inadequate water flow down bowl won’t take it using high flush. 2nd flush will HOPEFULLY get tissue into bottom water, then 3rd flush may take it away. Requires FREQUENT cleaning for same reason. LOW flush never an option if using TP. Wish it were easier to return.

I bought this because I liked its sleek clean look. And it looks just as pictured. I’m quite pleased with it.

Unfortunately, I guess you get what you pay for since it broke and won’t flush 12 months after purchase. Customer support said the solenoid valve must’ve gone bad, but it will cost $100 to purchase a replacement part since I’m just past the 1 year warranty. It’s been 2 months and there is still no eta on the part. We are getting rid of the toilet and buying from another brand. What a waste… Do NOT buy anything from this company.

Delivery woman asked us to help her lift the toilet as it was too heavy for her. I paid for inside threshold delivery.

Tricks to install in small space

The trick to install this toilet in small space is to throw away the wax ring, buy a wax free sealing ring, and get 2 pieces 1 inch PVC pipe or dowels longer than the width of the toilet base. Install the sealing ring, place the two pipes before and behind the ring, and set the toilet on the pipes. Crawl beside the toilet and adjust the toilet back and forth so the flange bolts line up with the two holes at the base of the toilet.

Really like the functionality and look of this dual flush toilet. Straightforward instillation with one caveat. Make sure to have a buddy help lift and place it because it is one piece and VERY heavy. The dual flush mechanism was already set up which and adjusted properly which was an unexpected bonus. also put on a Brondell Swash CL1500 Bidet Toilet Elongated seat which fir perfectly
