Stopped working after 2 years

the soft-close seat dropped working. the top seat literally broke at the hinge and now also slams shut just like the seat. the water pump is very loud. I had a Kohler Novita before this and will purchase one of those again. not this brand.

Easy Installation

DIY installation, works perfectly. The warm seat & warm water are most welcome specially during the cold, winter nights. Lots of options, & easy to customize to your preference.

Honestly, I really like this product, but it did not...

Honestly, I really like this product, but it did not work properly out of the box. The nozzle was inoperable and it took a few days of back and forth troubleshooting with the manufacturer before they shipped a new one. Other than that, it's great.

Loud

I have only used the device a few times, but it's functions are all pretty similar to my last bidet seat in a similar price range. I will say that it is quite loud in comparison to my last bidet seat, a Kohler Novita. To make matters worse, the only functionality that it's missing in comparison is a button to turn the fan off! I'll update my review if it turns out to redeem itself.

my wife asked about installing a bidet a year or two ago, and the plumbing required made it unreasonable in our current home. This seat is an AMAZING answer...simple installation (only a few minutes) and it works well. Happy Wife- Happy Life

Don't Leave Home - Ever Again - Simply AMAZING!!!

Got this for my mom who is getting a bit older. She absolutely loved it. It is my understanding that we don't know what we are missing by NOT using something like this: warm seat, pre wtting of toilet, warm water cleaning. It's an amazing experience, and on sale it was a steal.

Can't use it

I bought this for my boyfriend as an upgrade to an old one that quit working. I connected the seat to the toilet, he sat on it to test it out (not even to use the toilet) and his *junk* was touching the inside of the rim! He jumped off and said, "I can't use that!" and I've quickly removed it. We're terribly disappointed. the toilet seat is too narrow on the front and the tank on the back pushes it forward slightly making it a terrible fit. It's unsanitary to have your netherregions touching the inside of the toilet!
