Installed today, my wife washed her first pot in it, and it is now permanently damaged. Terrible product. Not at all what was described.
A hassle to install
Its a nice sink but the front and sides are slanted so it takes a long time ($$$) to get the cabinet cut so it will look nice. I wish I would’ve gotten another brand!!!
Sink is crooked
This is the second ALFI sink I’ve ordered—returned the first because it was so warped. These sinks are not square—they have twisted during the firing, I guess. This replacement sink is less un-level than the first, so my installer is now going to try to SHAVE OFF the high corner with a porcelain cutter so that the countertop can be installed. If it breaks, I’m out the cost of this sink but I won’t be buying this brand again.

Lovely, although contractor found one side is slightly thicker than the other - assume because it is hand crafted rather than manufactured by a machine. Does not make a significant difference - unless you are an extreme perfectionist!

Perfect for my small washroom
I spoke to a manager and was given a partial refund. However the item had a factory defect, and I spoke to my contractor a few moments ago on the phone. He explained that over the next few months the hole/ leak will most likely become larger and it may not be able to be repaired at all. Therefore, I would like to cancel my order.
