Perfect hot water dispenser

Beautiful hot water dispenser. Keeps hot and haven't experienced a warm or cold pump of water yet. The convenience makes me drink more water which I needed. Coffee stays hot even with cream or milk which I would have to microwave before my Zojirushi. Thank you!

Reason to replace the existing boiler

We have Micom Boiler for many years with generally good experience. The old boiler developed a problem with temperature control (flip between boiling and warm without no known reason) so we have to replace it.

Boiling pot works great

This boiler pot is wonderful, it takes about 10min or less to boil the full pot of water. The steam comes out when it is near boiling point. We have hot water all day long and the water taste is great. Thank you Zojirushi for a reliable product.

Works very well in my kitchen

Such an improvement from our old one. And I am glad it was available in white. Only one push and enough hot water was dispensed for a whole cup of tea.

Hostess and Chef’s Best Friend

I love this device. There is always hot water for a cup of tea, hot cocoa or instant soup. It’s an attractive addition to the kitchen. The company representatives are very helpful.

So far, I’m liking this product. It keeps the water warm throughout the day if you like, amount of time to reboil is quick. It’s more bulky than I had in envisioned but the pot has a very nice drawing on the front for display. I haven’t figured out how to take the top off for refilling, there are directions how to do it, but I don’t want to force it and have it break.

Broken within a year

This thing is amazing!! Now there’s always hot water on hand. The button on top is a little hard to press if you’re trying to get out a lot of water but not enough to be a real issue.

Very nice Kettle. Had same Kettle before except it was the 3.0 qt model. Exceptional quality. Love this Kettle.
