Not worth it

I’d wanted a towel warmer for a while, and this one seemed the most promising outside of a European style wall rack. It does not heat the whole towel. It’s like the only part of the barrel that gets warm is the top. I’ve tried inserting the towel various ways, but only 1/5th of the towel ends up warm, while the rest is completely untouched.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CRATE & BARREL!

I ordered this towel warmer a few days ago, and realized immediately after I placed it that it was going to the wrong address. I called Customer Service five minutes after I placed the order, and they said they would correct the address and call me back. They never called me back. I also emailed at the same time just to be sure, and I got a bot answer that said it was possible to adjust my order and a representative would email me back and help me. Nobody emailed me back, nobody helped me. I just heard from FedEx that this is going to the wrong address. I did everything I could think of to get them to help me adjust the address right after I ordered it. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They simply do not care. Be warned, whatever you are ordering from them. If you have an issue, they absolutely will not help you. And worse, they will tell you they are when they are not.

Nice size for small bathroom. If electrical plug is on the counter, the warmer will be on the counter.

Broke w/ in 10 months C&B says not their problem

VM The power button stopped working after 10 months and Crate and Barrel tell my wife it’s been over 30 days and there is nothing Crate and Barrel are willing to do. That’s unacceptable and not what I expected based on C&B’s claim that they make things right. This stayed in one spot, did not see hard use other than her gentle touch to press the power button. I dont appreciate C&B’s “you spend your money and you takes your chances” approach with a product that has an electronic component. Hey C&B - she won’t confront you but I will. This is bull junk.

Perfect for Winter!

I recently purchased a countertop Towel warmer, and I love it. The steamer heats up quickly and is easy to use, making it convenient for me to warm up towels anytime. The towels come out warm and moist, giving me a spa-like experience right in my own home. The steamer is also compact and doesn't take up much counter space, which is a plus. Overall, I am delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend this countertop towel steamer to anyone looking for a convenient and effective way to warm up towels

Underwhelmed

I just received this towel warmer and am going to return it. It does what it said it would do, however it requires at least 15 minutes to heat and when the towels are pulled out the warmth lasts 1-2 minutes. It is a lot of effort for little reward. Plus, it is much larger than it looks and requires much more storage space than I anticipated looking at the photo. I wanted to like this but do not, and cannot recommend this.
