It was a gift for my mom and we love the fact that she can fill it from the top, so it doesn't require any heavy lifting. Plus, the fact that it doesn't require any big filters because they always get modified and you are unable to find them locally. It works great!

The first one we bought didn't work out of the box, the second one worked for a few months as we used it over the winter, but after storing for summer we took it out to use and it doesn't work.
Worked great
I bought 2 cause they brought up the humidity so well and they are easy to clean out but I think I goofed by cleaning it with vinegar which caused one to leak and the other doesn't push out steam anymore, but when they worked (for a year ) I'd HIGHLY recommend just clean maybe with warm water and not vinegar like I did. Works AWESOME
What's on fire?
Filled the main level of the house with a haze that took 6 hrs to get rid of. So the next afternoon I turned it on again, that following morning still a terrible smoke haze. It looks terrible when people come over here. Unit has to go back. I can't believe there are no reviews for this model online.
