Pleasant Surprise!

The cabinet arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed for a lower price how nice the cabinet is. I must say, as a woman...I was very proud to have hung it myself! It couldn't have been easier unless someone else installed it! LOL

Poor Customer Service

One of two medicine cabinets with mirror arrived with a broken mirror. Customer service said they would give a credit for the broken cabinet and I should order a new one. I did that but TWO replacements came and I was charged for both. No one has agreed to take back the unordered cabinet or to credit the unwanted charge. This is the SECOND time I’ve complained with NO RESPONCE.

Had two deliveredone was cracked, and when I received my second one, there’s black on the edging looks like an old mirror

the cabinet looks good. no problem with shipping. arrived 2 weeks early. didn't recess. drilled holes in the plastic and hung it on the wall.

The medicine cabinet arrived with the mirror broken into what sounded like many pieces. When delivered, it was placed upside down on my front stoop. I returned it without even opening the box. I thought this was a good price for a hard-to-find sized medicine cabinet, but it was damaged during shipment.
