It’s bright

Light is bright on the low setting and the low setting is probably good for most people. I can’t write about the bulbs longevity because I just recently purchased it. If it’s durable it will be a great product.

The amount of light is only focused on a certain area (or focus points), producing a very strong contrast between the illuminated area and where there is no focus (lamp installed). There are LED lamps that disperse and soften the light, creating a more complete illumination regardless of the intensity. I hope this is constructive criticism and helps to improve the product.

These daylight bulbs are great. You have the ability to adjust the brightness on the bulb from 90/120/150. I went with 120 and it lights up the whole front yard when motion is detected.

Love the smooth design and even the power selection switch that's almost unnoticeable but very intuitive to use. Needs color correction from plain white. I normally use orange gels to warm the light.

This was a good idea for over my desk lighting

Excellent value, bright beam lights up the whole area!

I bought this bulb to replace an older style bulb. This bulb is so much brighter than the old bulb. It was easy to install with a light bulb changing pole with a suction cup attachment. The surface of the bulb is flat and the attachment held well. Attachments to go around the bulb would not work because of the bulb's diameter.

Bought as replacement VERY disappointed not nearly as bright as others in room

Lights all failed within 6 months of installation

I installed 4 of these EcoSmart bulbs in outdoor "under roof" spotlight fixtures. All four bulbs burned out within 6 months. The bulbs were on for no more than 5 hours per day/7 days per week. This compares to 4+ year lives for the name brand spotlights (same wattage and brightness) that were previously in those same fixtures. The slightly lower cost of these bulbs is more than offset by their very short life and the inconvenience of having to climb ladders to install/replace them.
