Extra long hose provides great shower experience

Easy install, comfortable shower water flow (even with red regulator left in), longer hose reaches to all points of tub even while sitting on a shower seat.

High quality material

I love this unit, it has high quality parts, the couplings are metal, not the cheap chrome colored flimsy plastic.

Flexible and sturdy.

This is the second shower head we've bought in 10 years. The 1st one is still going strong and has been moved to a secondary shower stall. You can control the rate of flow and the long cord is great for dog washing and cleaning the tub and surrounding tiles.

Water pressure

Most shower heads have severely restricted water flow to comply with some federal regulations. This device allows a substantial flow.

Love the length of the hose and the material that its made of. The spray choices are awesome. Its also very easy to install.

Defective part. Called the number provided, was transferred to another number, was directed to leave a message, but wasn’t able to do so because mailbox was full. Tried a total of four times over that week with the same results. If the part itself didn’t spray water (NOT at a connection), this would have been a great product.

Poor

Parts were missing -would not connect to wall when took showerhead off. The off/on things slips off- looks great wish it would connect. The red washer was missing. The off/on was attached to where it would connect to where I took the showerhead off. It looks like someone tried to make it word but couldn't and sent it back. I even had maintenance come try to attach it and he couldn't - The part to the wall has something protrubing and nothing to go on it., I depend on getting all the parts to correctly connect it by mail. This company doesn't have quality checks obviously. Looks great - choose another company

Beware

Minimal instructions, look at illustrations carefully as you put it together. Seems to be of good quality, but if you have low water pressure, this isn’t for you. I have a much weaker stream than with my former shower head, and on the pulsing positions, the water just dribbles out. Contacted customer service with my problem, got a one sentence email the next day which didn’t address my pressure

I think this handheld shower head is well worth the money. It is easy to install, has a good spray and one of the least expensive ones that I have seen. The quality seems really good to me also. We have now been using it for a few weeks and have yet to find anything to complain about!

Very pleased

I should have reviewed this long ago, my bad. I love the shower head and would recommend it to anyone, especially if they are six feet or taller.

It was helpful but it broke about four months after installation.
