Fresh air aroma

I was please by how well your product removes dust. I hardly see much accumulation on the furniture anymore. And a surprising bonus was the clean air smell.

Good quality, but this company changes design too often and cost go up

I chose Oransi due to the lower cost of ownership and high quality design. But what I've learned is this company changes their primary unit design very often, so the filter for what they currently sell is cheaper than the ones they start to phase out. So what you thought is $50-55 a year in filter cost, soon becomes $83-98 + shipping and then will become more difficult to source. They should stick to one solid design, stay in the high durability and high quality USA made segment and not fallen into the cheap plastic China filter design that they're currently offering with the Airmend (looks terrible). Their EJ120 for an example was made in the USA with German motor, they need to take a hard look at their company and where they stand in the market and go back to that. Otherwise, they're just competing with cheap filters you can pick up from Costco.

sale is no a sale

Bought one a year ago and was looking to purchase a replacement filter and I noticed that Oransi is running a sales. It appears the sale price is the same each time at 25% or 30% all they do it up the retail price. Very disappointing!
