I have bought from Supply House a few times. Each time, they had the best prices, and they provided fast shipment. Most time the outer box had a fair amount of damage; however, the filters seemed uncompromising on the inside.

Not Enough Protection for Filters During Shipping

The shipping box and multiple filters inside the box were damaged as shown in the picture. The seller needs to add sufficient buffer or foam inside the box to prevent damage to the filters.

As usual, SupplyHouse was prompt and efficient in sending thos filter.

Too soon to review. It's just over two weeks since I instal.

The printing on each filter uses black ink. The filter that I replaced used red ink as were the Honeywell filters that I used for the previous twenty five years. They could be seconds as the filter triangles are not symmetricly spaced as were the ones that were replaced.

Cost has soared

It is a great filter and used to cost almost half the current price. Not sure why the steep price increase and I find it hard to believe it was caused by Covide. Supply House is exceptional and does a great job. Now if I could just get Honeywell to stop being so greedy!

Perfect fit different package than before but same filter

Incorrect image, bad packaging, broken on arrival.

The product looks nothing like the picture. It does not say 'Honeywell' anywhere on the item, it wasn't wrapped in plastic (it's an air filter, it should be wrapped!) and it arrived in bad packing that was badly damaged and the product was already bent and damaged beyond use.

This place is awesome.

We have found over the years that Supply House always have the items we need for our HVAC. During certain times of the year we cannot find even our monthly filters as the are a common size and everyone else has grabbed them up. It is almost impossible to find our media filter at any of the box stores. I always know that I can count on Supply House to have them and be able to deliver them to our house with in a week if not less. We will be customers for many years to come.

This air filter is smaller, in every dimension, than the product description states. There were gaps on both sides when it was inserted in the filter frame. Not to mention THE PAIN IN THE NECK to return something from a third party!!!! Sticking to my Honeywell filter!
