The product was not as advertised. It was a marketplace product which said it was a Honeywell furnace filter. In fact it was not a Honeywell and the dimensions were not as advertised. I returned them and would urge WalMart to remove this vendor from their site.

Better packaging needed

Two of the four purchased box filters arrived damaged due to less-than-stellar packaging. However, they still appear to be usable. As others have commented on damaged filters, airFilters Delivered needs to revisit their packaging methods.

Good product and great service

I've been happy with these filters and have purchased them multiple times from Supply House. I get great service and the filters are competitively priced. They always arrive intact, and from the reviews I've read about other suppliers, that is not always the case.

Exactly What I Wanted

They shipped exactly what I asked for at a reasonable price. These Honeywell filters are a pain to find in big box stores and the local supply shop keeps the same hours as my company so picking up new ones is always a juggling act. After Google-ing around to find a reasonable price at a legitimate website: Furnace Filters Canada checked both of those boxes.

The original order was crushed. I was received a replacement filter which was also crushed. The packaging is insufficient to protect the box. The carriers pile up other havey boxes on top of the filter package.

Great Customer Service

I originally ordered the wrong size filters for my furnace. Return was easy and Rémus was prompt in processing the credit back to my card. I then ordered the correct size filters which were received very quickly. Very good value for the filters. My only negative was it cost $60 to return the original filters. Guess we are all too used to free returns with Amazon. Overall a good experience and I would continue to order from Furnace Filters Canada.

Shipped wrong item

Incorrect order--you shipped Merv 13 to me when I ordered Merv 11. My HVAC person said I shouldn't use Merv 13 when I previously tried it. Lint clogged up filter after 2 months of use and started to drop under furnace on floor. Presently using it because I needed to change the filter.

Aerostar whole house filter 20x 25x 5

Very shocked and displeased. I intended to buy a genuine Honeywell product. This is a cheap imitation. The edges of the filter are Not sturdy. And the filters were packaged in a thin, flimsy carton, which was bashed in when it arrived. The edges of the filters are dented.. I don’t know if they can be used.

The Best Filters for My System

We have been using only Honeywell filters for both of our systems since 2010, and we won't use any other brand. Best of all we can count on Supply House to carry the genuine Honeywell brand in the sizes we need and at very reasonable prices. Plus, the delivery service is great. Keep up the good work, please!

When I installed our new HVAC I had an air filter (20x25x4) installed in the attic. The HVAC company recommended the use of the Honeywell filter. This is a great product ;and I replace it every 2 to 6 months, depending on the air quality. This filter worked well to filter out much of for soot and ash from the poor air quality from wildfires in the area. During those times. I sometimes had to replace the filter every month due to the sooth from the fires. The availability and the price at Filters Fast are outstanding.

You get what you pay for.

This replacement filter is slightly smaller than the true Honeywell filter.. It is adaquate but not the right size. Will only get real Honeywell filter next time. I bought this as it was a few dollars cheaper thinking it was equal in size. Will check for the exact siae from now on.

Best source for OEM spec centralized AC system

I used to use the off the readily available 3M Filtrete of the same size but found out it is actually a tad narrower than actual specs which resulted in air escaping the corners therefore not getting the full filtration. My AC tech recommended to only use the OEM spec filters for my AC and after some research came across Supply House that provided genuine Honeywell specs. I have been using the Honeywell OEM specs since then.

I have bought, and will continue to buy this product!

I swap my Furnace/AC filter every six months and this 4-3/8" deep filter works well enough to adequately filter the airflow between these intervals. Units arrived within 2-days of order and were packaged with sufficient padding to protect the delicate filters from shipping damage. This is my third 2-item purchase of this product and I've also purchased other items from SupplyHouse. They've become my go-to-supplier for HVAC, plumbing, valves and electrical items. It's all good!

I will buy this product again

These Filters are for our new HVAC system we purchased about 1 1/2 years ago. The first filters we bought didn't fit the way they should and I had to place weather stripping around the edges to keep air from escaping around the sides. These Filters are the perfect size and all I have to do is pull the old Air Filter out and slide this new one in without having to use weather stripping around the sides. Looking forward to many years of service from my HVAC unit with these new Filters. The customer service is awesome and will do whatever it takes to make sure you're a satisfied customer. More Companies could learn a lot from Zoro.

FiltersFast replaced the "house brand" furnace filters they sent me with these Honeywell filters. The house brand filters were about a half inch short in all dimensions and allowed air to pass around the filter in the holder. That is no way to filter the air. The printed information said they were 20x25x4. When I called FiltersFast they admitted that they were undersized. In other words they were cheap and cut corners. I found that to be very dishonest. Don't buy their house brand products. The Honeywell filters were fine. I wish this system allowed me to rate FiltersFast themselves.

Filters Great / Price Great / Shipping Horrible

I have purchased these before. As said, price is great for these filters. Never had the problems that came up this time. Filters are packed 5 per from the manufacturer. Usually SupplyHouse puts the box inside another box. This time they shipped 5 in the manufacturers box, 3 and 2 in separate boxes as they came from different locations. Boxes were rough handled enough that although not crushed, they did bend enough to damage filters enough that they are crushed, bent and not perfect. SupplyHouse did send 3 replacements that were packed better but still arrived with some form of bending and creasing. Filters seam usable but do not slide in and out of the filter housing nicely.

Everything I expected and more...

I needed to order replacement filters for my heater/AC unit. I have searched for genuine Honeywell replacements and read about "alternative" filters that are reviewed poorly. I contacted Michael L. who assured me their filters were genuine Honeywell parts. I had also read reviews indicating shipping damage from SupplyHouse. The price of the filters were competitive so I ordered two. I am not sure if I am close to their shipping facility, but I received the filters the next day. They are genuine parts, and there was no shipping damage.

I ordered 2. The shipping box they arrived in was in perfect condition, but both filters were crushed, one so much so that it is unusable and is being exchanged. This tells me that someone at Supply House intentionally shipped a bad filter, hoping that someone would just accept a defective product at full price. Before purchase, I read several reviews indicating basically the exact same problem, but I ordered anyway, assuming that Supply House would have addressed the issue by now, based on reading and responding to previous bad reviews. Not so in this case. Hopefully they will get the message soon. I will say that the price is a little lower than elsewhere on the Internet, but I thought I was getting a usable product for that price. No indication in the descriptions that the price was discounted due to product damage.

Quick, Easy, Better, Hard, All Good!

I ordered 5 - 20"x25"x4" filters to get a price discount and figured there'd be better packaging for a quantity purchase. QUICK, they delivered in a few days, packaged in a cardboard box. The box was big, 20"x20"x25", so it took the shipper a little more effort to move it around, hence no damage to box or products. Seems damage was an issue for some who ordered one at a time. EASY, the filters are a perfect size replacement of the original filter, BETTER, these have a MERV 11 rating whereas the original one had a MERV 8 rating, hopefully the slightly better efficiency won't put too much more strain on the system. The HARD part was getting the large box into the attic. It was wider than my stairway, so I had to remove the filters and flatten the box to get it up there. Then I re-configured the box and reloaded the extra filters to keep them dust-free. All done, I have a 2 1/2 year supply of filters, located near the unit they will go into, and they aren't taking up any of my other storage space. Oh, and I put the supplyhouse.com packing slip back in the top of the box for when I need to re-order and don't remember where I bought them. ALL GOOD!

Excellent Service

It was that time of year again to replace out furnace filter. We made the trip to the local hardware store and picked up the suggested filter size (20x25x5). Once home we tried to replace the filter only to find out that it was too large. Since it had already been opened we could not return/exchange it.
