Too early to tell won't know for another 4 months. But We have bought our filters from Furnace Filters for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. The product is good value and arrives very promptly, and in good shape.

Back to order more filters for our furnace. I've been really satisfied with the communications from the company and the speed of its response. Last time I ordered, I made a mistake, but Furnace Filters Canada took care of it without complaint and got me back on track. When an order was delayed, they let me know immediately and explained the situation. I'll be back again when I need my next bundle.

My HVAC service technician recommended that i switch to a MERV 8 rather than the MERV 11 which ive been using, for better furnace filtering. Great product!

Damaged in transit with such low quality

The quality of the filters and packaging didn’t survive the shipping. I did try to see if they fit and the didn’t actually fit

Need to ship in bigger box.

The filters themselves fit and look like they will be just fine. I have a problem with the packaging. The box was slightly too small and the filters were a little compressed in the box.

Best Fit and Performance for Our Unit

I've found these to be the best fit and performance for our unit. The MERV 11 filtration definitely makes a difference over MERV 8 without being too restrictive. SupplyHouse price was competitive and they packed the filters well to prevent damage during shipping.

Had an issue with some

Had an issue with some damage to 2 filters. Sent an email and received an immediate response from company. They sent new filters to replace within days. No questions asked. Superb customer service in a time when it seems to be disappearing. I am a customer for life!

Furnace Filter damaged

Was very upset when my package arrived with a damaged box. Upon checking the filter inside, found the filter was also damaged. Was hopeful it could still fit correctly enough to do the job that it was made for. It did fit going into the placement without getting caught on the broken cardboard areas. Now hopefully it will be able to come out when it needs replaced again. Need better delivery measures in place.

I have animals and change these filters every three to four months. The filters are a little discolored but not usually dirty. They have a Merv rating of 11.

Love it but expensive

Filter works great wish wasn't so expensive. Wish had deals and specials. I usually buy 2 at a time but it's pricy .

Support?

The part number is the same as the filter I was replacing, but the filter is not the same. I emailed customer support to inquire about a return and have not heard back. Horrible experience.
