Do NOT buy

I brought 3 of these toilets in 2023. I thought I was getting a great deal at the time. After 1 year, one of the 3 toilets stopped flushing correctly and it would not fill the bowl with water so I have to manually fill the toilet bowl with water each time I go to the bathroom. Another toilet control panel also stopped working. 2 different plumbers said the problem was inside the toilet unit and I needed to call manufacturer for Warantee. I am still waiting or the parts. Not worth the savings!

Didn’t work. Remote didn’t work. Delivery was great. Home Depot return process was great.

So far so good! I love this toilet with lots of fun add-ons. Looks good and feels good.

Does not flush

Got 4 of these installed. 1 works flawlessly so far, other 3 after 2 weeks of installed went into weak flushing to just 1/4 gal water swirling. Been 3 months dealing with the company with no fix yet. Keep getting lip service, oh and they have the guts to say we will ship you parts of you can do a 5 star review. Amazing. I am a general contractor and have never seen this type of deceptive marketing. I would stay away for reasons of lack of support and bad products

The product had a defect in which it would not stop flushing. I tried contacting the company and they said there was nothing they could do about it because I did not purchase it directly from them. Their customer service representative was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would highly recommend never purchasing from this company.

Half of it was missing when delivered, so I really don't know how it performs. Home Depot customer service refunded and reordered without any hassle.

This is the third one that I have purchased! Don’t look any further

so far so good, very expensive to have instlled even only required a new outlet and valve

Flawed system and policy

You can't adjust the nozzle. You can't return after installation. The water almost hits the back of the toilet seat. I wouldn't know until after installing. The footsensor can not be turned off, so if you have a small bathroom, the toilet flushes every time you're within 8 inches. I'd return if I could.

Love it, wanted it for a long time, just kept watching and waiting for a sale. One day it was 1/2 off so I pull the trigger! Wish I had gotten 3 of them!

Wouldn't Buy Again

Bought this for a bathroom remodel and was professionally installed. What I liked: good performance, nice looking, nice features, good customer support.

The product wouldn't flush, added extra pump as we were advised by the manufacturer and it still wouldn't flush. They sent a part to replace and is still didn't flush. For $1000 bidet it wouldn't even do $100 toilet things. I would never recommend this product and their customer service was worse than awful, it took a week at a time to get a generic reply. Returned to Home Depot and thankfully Home Depot has the most amazing customer service and was able to help.

This Bidet is amazing! Never thought I would be so impressed with a toilet. Note the water hook up line is very heavy-duty and hard to maneuver. The plumber moved the line over to allow the line to feed into the water line from the top to avoid kinking the line. This item is tankless and allows for additional space above the toilet. The foot sensor is just a cool feature too!

Perfect toilet

The installation was simple and uncomplicated, everything fit perfectly.

Installation was a huge pain. Would not recommend as a retro fit for a do-it-yourself’er as it is not designed to plug in where normal plumbing would be. Once installed it has been fantastic. Only other complaint was the instructions for removing the top. It looks like you simply pull it off. This is not the case. You have to unscrew 4 different spots. Quality is great once installed.
