Toilet is fine, but tank lid was cracked

The toilet itself is fine. Only one star because the lid was cracked. Lowes had sent an email receipt with a link to start a return, but that led to an endless loop. In frustration I purchased a replacement lid from another vendor.

I’ve had this model toilet for almost 15 years in my half bath and it’s been fantastic, but my husband ruined the porcelain snaking it recently. I’m so glad I found the same model on Wayfair as the home improvement stores did not carry. This arrived with no damage and completed our remodel!

I just can't seem to level and plumb the back. I know my floor if absolutely level-level.

Wellworth toilet - beware

Ordered this 2 piece Kohler toilet from Home Depot in May. When they finally delivered it (4 weeks later) we installed it and it leaked. Upon closer inspection - bottom of base had a "patched" place with a pin hole in it. Home Depot ordered a 2nd one. After 6 weeks, it still had not arrived - canceled and ordered direct from Kohler. Got it in a week, looked at the bottom before installing and it had the same defect and pin hole. Kohler sent out replacement. It came completely shattered in the box. Buyer beware. Between shipping defective bowls and delivery issues, a really poor experience. We canceled and bought a cheap toilet from Sam's - bought it one day installed it the next.

This arrived with a cracked tank lid. Promised replacement delivery a week ago. No replacement shipping notice after numerous e-mails and phone calls. I will be removing it and replacing it with a more reputable brand unit next week even though Wayfair says it is too late to return. It is too short and too small for my needs anyway.

Gorgeous toilets! They do sit lower than I expected, but Im happy with them all the same. Update* the toilet runs constantly and on a cistern that is less than ideal. For the brand and price point it’s not worth it. We have two and they both do it!

I measured for the bolt pattern, etc. Toilet is great! Being an old 80's toilet, before, the spacing is a bit more from the wall than I expected for the tank, but the Almond matches the pedestal sink perfectly. I had some issues with bolting to the flange, in the floor, but overall seems to be a great product. I wanted to give it 4 1/2...this probably could be 5...but I literally just finally got to putting it in, being I have a three year old to chase around. Also, if I have to mention this...the packaging, packing, and care that was put into shipping a ceramic item...OMG! They did an amazing job on that!! I have never seen the like from any other company/shipper. Thanks!

The toilet is great! Huge water savings even from before the old toilet failed. GREAT value.

I selected this toilet because it is a trusted brand and I selected one with the Classic five flush because it is supposed to have a stronger flush. This is the only toilet I have ever had that is worthless to me and I am sorry I put it in. It flushed ok twice when the Handiman installed it. When I went to flush it later that day it sort of coughed up about a quart of water and just sat there. I flushed it again and it ran over. I have had to manually remove all of the water in it. Then it flushed for about a week or so if I only use it for urine. While I have had it flush a normal stool about twice, its usual behavior is to fill up with water and just sit there for hours. Then I have to remove contents again and we are back to go. It is tight, it does not nnu leak,

We have not installed this commode yet, we are physically redesigning our "gas station" bathroom, knocking out walls and the motor home shower. I am turning it from a chain smoker's hot box with the grotesque amber running stains into a saltwater aquarium. My new slipper tub is white with black legs. The sinks are now dichroic blue and black squares, the double vanity is distressed fog blue and the walls are ocean blue. The white commode would be out of place and offensive. In my imagination it just looks like someone did not care, nor did they finish the beautiful bathroom. My sister is wishing to redesign her bathroom and I emailed her a picture of the black toilet with the price. She sent back, within seconds I might add, asking me I could send her the link because the price is seriously a great price for a black commode. When looking for this, I was on all the huge franchise stores and their commode pricing, for white with no lid, was the same, if not, a little more expensive. It is also a Kohler. If you hate, hate, hate that nasty white toilet like every person who uses a toilet has, this is the perfect toilet for you! UPDATE!!! This is a SMALL toilet. I am only 5'2" and my knees stick up like I am just squatting on the ground. My husband is 5'10" and will not use this toilet, he uses our guest bathroom. I did not see on description anywhere that it is a child's toilet. For smaller than 5 foot folks, this is a perfect toilet. If you are taller and heaven's forbid you have arthritis in your knees, this is a painful toilet.
