It does not flush as well as I expected, but it’s OK

The toilet was the top rated by Consumer Reports and the price was the best compared to other sellers. Home Depot does not stock it in their stores. It would sell very well if they did.

The toilet is bery easy to install and is very attractive and comfortable.

Only disappointment is that the seat is not solid.

The commodes we ordered work well and were reasonably priced. Ordering was quick and easy. Communicating with Home Depot took quite an effort. A contractor was picking up the commodes. I needed to communicate with the company I would not be picking them up. Getting through the computer system was challenging. I eventually got to talk to a representative. Getting to the representative took about 20 minutes; the actual conversation once I could talk to a person took about five minutes.

Toilet uses so little water that you have to flush at least twice if #2 happens. Huge disappointment

At 1.28, wish there was more water in bowl. The seat height is 18” so be aware if you’re 5’6” or less, feet barely touch. Flush is good.

Very satisfied with my purchase of the Gerber Viper toilet! High quality and great flushing performance. Gerber and Toto are the only two toilet brands I personally will buy because they’re a cut above all the rest.

[Rewarded Review] Fancy upgraded toilet

This project was a bit of a challenge, dealing with the old toilet that was silicone to the tile. Once I was able to remove the silicone, I disconnected the water inlet "after turning off the water" got the bolts loose from the base of the toilet and pulled it off. Installing the new one was fairly simple to do. Everything was included, tank, bowl, flopper, and shut off valve, all were installed. I did replace the wax donut just to be safe, since it was an older toilet. I was able to stabilize and bolt it down down with the new hardware that was included. connected tank to the bowl with included hardware, attached the seat which is a slow close seat. It was done within an hour, no leaks, and looks great.

[Rewarded Review] Nice Gerber Viper toilet

This Gerber Viper 2-Piece 1.28 GPF Single Flush ADA Elongated Toilet in White with Slow Close Seat is a very nice toilet. It came with all of the required parts except for the flange seal to the sewer line. I chose the Fluidmaster vinyl seal instead of a traditional wax seal as it is much easier and cleaner to install. Also, I had a wax seal crack on me once in a second-floor toilet and caused water damage to the ceiling below. I installed this toilet in my powder room bathroom as part of a total house remodel project I am currently doing. This worked well in my powder room bathroom setup as it fit well with the general décor of the house remodel.

[Rewarded Review] The one where they replaced the problematic toilet

Brand new Gerber Viper toilet to replace our previous Gerber toilet that has “performance” issues. We picked this one up to replace the toilet in our kids’ bathroom, as their previous toilet did not have enough “power” to clean the bowl after use. This shipped direct to our door, was in 3 boxes on a pallet. We pulled the old toilet and cleaned out the wax ring, replaced this with a wax free option, and then installed the new toilet. We did build in place, rather than out of the bathroom, because we had the room. This install was easy and took all of about 20 minutes. And is already definitely worth it!

[Rewarded Review] It looks great and works even better. Unique configuration and the seat is unimpressive

I'm happy I chose this one. It looks even better in person than it did online. The curves really work with the height and the tapered tank is really cool. The monster sized holes from tank to bowl and the outlet of the bowl are much bigger that any I'd seen. The quick volume of water is sure to flush anything you throw at it. It has a very unique way of mounting the tank to the bowl. There is a huge, tapered gasket over the tank's outlet plus 2 small rubber pieces on the back of the bowl prevent china to china contact. It works great but I am concerned with the very small gap where the front of the tank meets the bowl (see pics). I hope that doesn't cause any damaged china if it is to make contact. The seat is very thin and doesn't feel like it belongs on a toilet this nice. It gives the overall toilet a cheap feel. I'm definitely replacing the seat. The soft close is nice but the thin plastic just doesn't cut it. Overall it's a nice toilet but there's room for improvement

[Rewarded Review] Excellent Product Will Give You Many Years Of Use

This is a functional toilet that seems to be very well made. First, it is ADA with an elongated seat; it is tall, has a narrow tank design with 3” flush valve and an extra-large dual-fed siphon jet power water into and around the bowl for a thoroughly cleansing wash and it really works great. The large front rim holes are meant to give a powerful surge of water to keep the bowl streak-free. The lid is automatic closing. A large, fully glazed trapway provides virtually clog-free performance. Also, it has a corrosion-resistant rigid flapper to ensure consistent operation while the reliable Fluidmaster® 400A fill valve quickly and quietly refills the tank. Viper toilets are highly recommended as well, which is why we chose this toilet. It was easy to install, the only thing it did not come with was the wax ring. Another great feature is quietness--you barely can hear it flush.

[Rewarded Review] Gerber Viper 2-piece elongated bowl toilet

I ordered the Gerber Viper 2-piece elongated bowl toilet to upgrade our bathroom. Gerber seems to make good toilets. This particular one is 1.28 gallons per flush (GPF). The toilet is ADA compliant. It came on a pallet with three boxes. It comes with everything needed to install and use. It includes a soft closing seat and cover, flush valve and hardware to install the toilet. The flush valve is 3 inches for better cleaning power. Overall the toilet looks great and functions well.

i ordered the Gerber Viper elongated bowl toilet to replace a round bowl toilet that was in the master bath. this is a high efficiency 1.28 gallon per flush toilet that is ADA ergoheight for added comfort and ease of use. it has a 3 inch flush valve that provides a powerful clean flush and a Fluid Master 400A fill valve to ensure trouble free tank filling. a slow close toilet seat was included along with the installation instructions and assembly hardware for a quick and easy install. the two things that impressed me the most about this toilet were the multi point tank to bowl mounting system that uses 2 channel pads between the tank and bowl to strengthen the connection and the quality of the toilets vitreous China finish. i am very satisfied with this toilet and feel it was a great choice for our needs, it came with a great warranty and should give many years of trouble free service.
