My physical therapist recommend this longer lower body pillow for better spinal alignment while sleeping at night. Having a larger pillow that supports my lower leg as well as maintaining comfort and alignment leads to a better nights sleep.

Good for side sleepers!

I have some hip and lower-back issues, and this pillow helps me sleep. I've been looking for a pillow that is longer than a standard knee pillow, and I'm glad I found this one. I've also been using it to slightly elevate one leg while I read in bed at night.

Works, but sleeps hot

Helps to keep my hips and spine aligned but the material is very soft, cushy, and hot. And for the price point, it should come with a cover.

Back/Side Sleeper

Very comfortable. Better than the half moon pillow I had before. Helps with my back and side sleeping.

Pain reducing Yoga pillow

This pillow really helped my hip and lower back pain. It was soft and very comfortable to sleep with. It can be used for a side sleeper placing the pillow between the legs keeping the hips even, or under the knees if you are a back sleeper. I wake up more rested and pain free with this pillow. I would highly recommend for anyone with low back or hip discomfort.

Not What I Exoected

I was expecting a larger pillow. Nice at first but then became flat. Do not waste your money.

Comfy and good size.

I love this pillow. I have long legs and it comfortably reaches to both my knees and ankles. Very comfortable.

[Rewarded Review] What a wonderful pillow

I have both low back and hip problems. My doctor recommended that I sleep with a pillow between my knees to help with alignment, and I have tried many different ones. This pillow is the first one that works and it allows me to sleep at night. I would buy 50 more of these just so I never was without. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

Comfy Option to Support Knees

This pillow is well designed to support your knees while sleeping. It is a little long for me at a my 5 ft. height but works well. I deducted a star because the pillow cover is not removable. I hope the pillow washes well when it needs cleaning. Pillow arrived quickly in perfect condition.
