The chair looks lovely in my office. I have not really used it yet. I’ll need some lumbar support. So I’ll be looking for a small pillow. Overall, so far, I think this chair will work fine.  I gave it a four star review because there was a small snag on the side of the seat chair. And the armrest is pretty firm. But overall the chair looks good.  It also works well moving up and down. And the wheels seem to work fine too.

VERY Easy to Assemble

Nicer materials and quality then expected for the price, and comfortable. It does come fully dissembled, but it was extremely easy to put together - do not let that deter you.

Very uncomfortable

This chair is torture and uncomfortable. I started using it two days ago and there is hardly any cushion on the seat. I can feel the metal whenever I sit in the chair. Not only that, but I'm disappointed.

I have a spinal cord injury that limits my mobility & requires me to have a comfortable chair with good support. This chair is comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. I am 200lbs. and typically spend over 10+ hours a day in it. It was easy to assemble and of good quality for the price. The only issue is that I have only had it for a month and it already occasionally squeaks. Overall 4/5.

the wheels dont roll

The quality is mediocre. The biggest flaw is the wheels get caught when moving around. Not sure if its defective or if this applies to all of the chairs sold. Its a huge bummer because i was so excited to sit in it. It is actually comfortable. Now i gotta replace them or go out of my way to do something about it.

I use it exactly as it was made for. It is one of the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in.

This chair is comfortable - but, I wish they would make the base a bit more sturdy. It has started to squeek where the post goes into the leg unit.

Not for Bigger hips/thighs

I love my chair, it is very comfortable! I only wish it had room for my hips, so if you have more hips and thighs it may not be the chair for you; leaves my thighs/hips tender from pressing against the chrome bar of the arms!!! :-(

Just OK. I'm 6'1" 200 lbs and needed this chair for my home office. When I'm setting fully upright I can feel the back bar of the seat. Also after a time I can feel the front bar of the seat in the back of my legs. Casters are cheap and I have already replaced them as they don't roll well. Would work as an additional seating chair for a meeting room, but would not recommend for daily office use it you want to be comfortable. There doesn't seem to be enough over all padding in the seat. Overall construction pretty good, arms feel solid and the leather is nice, but disappointed in the comfort for sure. Not what I expected for a pricier "leather" office chair.

Very easy to assemble. Took me about 20 mins to put it together. Very happy with the look and style of the chair. Comfortable, reclines and goes up and down. Perfect combination of comfort (work chair) and style (modern look). Im very pleased
