This is a unique product that was about the only solution I could find to replace the exterior sliding patio door handle on a friend's new-to-her home. We could not find any markings on the door to ID the manufacturer and the mounting screw spacing was an uncommon 5-5/8". This handle has many different spacings and worked perfectly. She is very happy with it.

This worked perfectly with my existing patio door lockset, and allows the patio door to open fully for maximum light penetration and air flow!
Great product that worked well AFTER I found screws to fit. I suggest including 2 1/4" screws with it to accommodate older ANDERSON doors.

The included screws were too short, but I was able to find what I needed with the help of a knowledgeable store associate. The handle worked great for the repair. Much better than spending $30+ dollars to replace the entire door handle (inside/outside combo).
