To much money for this product

It is not stable, very flimsy, putting shoes on the racks its a very tight fit.

Strong, easy to use, but, being metal, are much heavier than expected so I can only use them on my stronger poles. They should last a long time and do take up less space then hanging slacks with traditional slack hangers that pinch the top of the slacks.

Horrible product

Wish we had looked at the reviews. Said that Lowe’s continues to have such a low performing product on the shelf. I would leave a negative review if I could. $40 lost and couldn’t get a month out of use. Bent and falls apart. Save your money and purchase another item for shoe storage.

Not well made

We had one of these for 20 years in our former home. We recently moved, so I bought another one for our new home. The current version is no where near as sturdy or well made as our former home. So, I am disappointed with the quality.

I bought this product for my wife but it was delivered in an open box and missing most of the pieced required to install it.

Setup easily and works well.

Junk

This shoe rack isn't worth bringing home. It's poor quality and falls apart easy. Returning.

Waste of money

Complete garbage, the design is terrible. It falls apart when assembled correctly since the shoe holders don't lock in.

Wire racks keep coing out, it is a good space saving shoe rack. We will try to glue wires in so these do not come loose and all the shoes fall off. Would not buy again.

Flimsy, to be honest. I would not buy again.

This item comes without instruction for assembly AND for how to wall mount vs hang over the door. VERY disappointed in this aspect.

Do not buy this item

Flimsy,keeps falling apart

I wish I coud give zero stars. This product fell apart as soon as we put it up. It cannot hold mens or womens running shoes, dress shoes or any shoes heavier than flipflops. I may return to store, but it needs to be taken down from wall. So diappointed in a clost maid product.

So easy to assemble. My only complaint is that I wish each U bar were spaced a little bit farther apart to accommodate for bigger shoes, like mens shoes

Light weight and bends easy not worth the money.

The last tome I purchased this item it was assembled and the crossbars were sturdy this model the bars have nothing to keep them in place. Assembly is easy but mounting you should have two people or you you will be re-assembling when it is mounted

Overpriced

Pro: Simple, and easy to assemble. Con: Easy to fall apart- the "racks" can fall out pretty easy. Also, not all hardware was included - specifically, the ability to hang on the door was snapped off. Mine had been opened and partially assembled already but I did not know until I got home.

ClosetMaid does not mean QUALITY!?!?!

We bought this to put in our closet for some space saving organization... We believed because it is by ClosetMaid, it was going to a quality product. IT ISN'T!! Cheaply made in ****. We would not recommend this for the quality, OR the price!! ClosetMaid! Booo!

Quality is fine, but accommodating 18 pairs of shoes is a bit of a stretch for anything other than children’s or smaller women’s shoes.
