They are easy to replace, also replaced the membrane since it was around five years old. Everything works beautifully, water tastes great!

Easy to switch out old cartridges for the new ones. Made for DYI purchasers. Make sure to cut off all water to the filters first, including the tanks.

It was almost impossible to install the filters. Something seems to have changed from the original filters. Plumber had to tape them in so they wouldn’t leak. Not happy.

Home Master pure water

I've owned a Home Master under sink water purification system for five years. The unit has consistently provided chlorine free, TDS 10-12 ppm drinking/cooking water trouble free. The original permeate pump and RO membrane continue to perform flawlessly. I've replaced the three filter set that is the subject of this review, annually. I'm totally satisfied with the performance and value of the system and highly recommend it to anyone wanting an assured excellent quality water supply. I've been given no incentives for this review.

Artesian filter leak

We tried three change outs of the artesian filter, all with problems leaking. Poor customer support from the company and Home Depot. Not recommended

Removing the old filters and replacing with the new filters, was very easy to do the instructions that came with the new filters were right on, and everything went well.

after4 months of limited use the area around the push fittings started to leak. I Also had another incident where a cartridge got a hair line crack in it and flooded the under sink cabinet and wood floor.

Instructions were clear - easy to get the tubes out and attached to new filters. The biggest pain is working under the sink. But the new filters got our RO faucet back to full stream.
