Well made. Looks great in our entry way and comfortable.

Love the way the bench is made the baskets fit nicely and gives the bench a finish touch. The bench pad is comfortable and in the future we will recover it for additional color. Was not hard to put together. Light weight as I can move it easily.

Disappointing

Directions were incorrect in the first step. The vertical boards go on the outside of the drilled out hole. Screws and Allen wrench were terrible, I had to use my own Allen wrench. Advertised to hold 550 lb, the directions state can only hold 175 lb. Will be returning.

Pack lots of time and patience: This has to be one of the most poorly designed, poorly constructed pieces of furniture I've ever assembled!! What should've taken (at a minimum) a 45 assembly, turned in to a 2 hour job! Ridiculous instructions! Holes doesn't line up! Do better!!!

So. Where to start? Quick delivery Not so heavy that I couldn't manage. Instructions are wrong. THEY say to attach what is the vertical dividing pieces/supports on inside of center cross piece. DONT! Attach to outside of those pieces (to left and right) because the bottom piece holes will not align. Cushion is cream to beige, not white. Baskets are pieces of doggy doo doo! Poorly made, weaving falling apart and they need screwing together BUT the threaded pieces don't accept the screws. Photo shows what happens when you follow directions. Well built and solid bench, the cushion is comfortable to sit and put shoes on. The only problem is the baskets did not go together with the hardware supplied, we really tried to no avail...we just couldn't get the screws to line up with the female threads. We ended up using zip ties on all 3 baskets.

It is very functional for the foyer. I am not impressed with the overall quality of this item. I have purchased many items from your company. Quality is lower than most products I have purchased. There is also an inch gap between the baskets made to the top of the individual unit. Very poor design and materials are cheap.

Awful quality! The boxes wicker were completely broken. Nothing like the picture. It looks like it is second hand. Overly disappointing. Don't buy. Aaaand the instructions are wrong! Nightmare

Bad instructions, cheap feel

Paper in the box says 175 lbs max, which is different than the listing. Instructions are terrible, the image shows the center panels wrong and doesn’t indicate that you have to put the back on before tightening the outer panels. Underside of the bench arrived torn. Cheap feel overall. Instructions also say 5 minutes to assemble, which must be a joke.

DO NOT BUY Good: Easy to screw the bench together. Bad: who makes baskets that screw together? But even worse, the screws don’t fit the holes to connect the bottom to the sides. So you’ll end up with a bench with no baskets. Really poor

Loved this great storage bench. Will use it in our family room near the door where all our children be will deposit shoes, cleats and boots throughout the year.

My son said he had some confusion in following the instruction on setting up the frame. He also said the size of the Allen wrench that comes with it doesn’t fit! It’s good he has his own tools and he finish it. Overall, the bench looks good and the baskets served its purpose!

Classy and useful for the gym

I received this bench in Record time...thank you! It took a little longer to put it together (our mistakes) but it went together easily enough. It fits perfectly in my gym and the cubbies (baskets) are a good size to stow additional gym equipment tools, bands & instructional info. Plus it's a bench to put your shoes on.

The directions were all wrong which made it take forever to do. The baskets are cheap and smell like a barn. The screws to put the baskets together were horrible!! I would return it but then I would have to take it apart!!

Very disappointing!

The description is not what you get. The cushion is a Peach color...not white as stated which is VERY disappointing because now I have to find a new bench cover and the baskets don't work, as in cant put them together. The bench itself doesnt really even look white. Such a bummer and a waste of money honestly.

Love the look of this once I got it together. Unfortunately cannot get the baskets together. I've put A LOT of furniture together, some with barn door doors, others with multiple drawers and yet I was unable to get the screws provided to assemble the baskets. They refuse to screw in. I think they are too large for the plastic end they are supposed to go in to. So now I'm forced to spend more money on baskets to replace these or try and find screws that work. In addition, on-line states weight capacity at 300 lbs but the instructions state 175 lbs capacity. This is a big difference. Luckily I'm using it for my plants so the weight capacity isn't an issue but it might be for someone else. Overall happy just annoyed that the baskets can't be used.

It's ok

So this item in picture is what we wanted, however, the baskets are pretty bad, the screws didn't fit. So I probably need to replace that. Also the mat on top is less white and more of a dark cream color which is disappointing. The structure is good, but becareful of the instruction, it's simple enough to figure it out despite the wrong pictures.

Padded bench

I am using the padded bench as a window seat. The instructions said it would take 5 minutes to put together but it took my husband almost 2 hours and he does lots of wood work. It even took awhile just to put the baskets together. We also had styrofoam tiny pieces all over because it was packaged very well! Once it was all put together I love it! It was exactly what I was looking for !!
