Easy to install but too me it’s just a tad too much light.

Just what I needed

Not well made, then died quickly

Very difficult to align to assure it works, then lasted 2 weeks and died out. It was a very expensive $1 outlet cover!

Waste of money

Thought it would be great to replace nigh lights in plugs but it won’t work

Wall Plug bottom two screws

If the botom two plug screws on the wall plug itself were not used to put on wires when first installed; the electriction may have screwed in the screws all the way. This occures often when the wires where installed using the "punch" holes for wiring instead of the screws. THIS IS A PROBLEM! It took me awhile to figure this out. Solution, cut off power to the plug, take off the cover, back off the two mounting screws holding the plug to the recepticle. Now pull out the plug just far enough to see the two bottom screws, back out the screws enough see them stick out some BUT do not remove them. Screw the plug back to the receptable. NOW you can slide on the cover and turn back on the electric. The cover itself slides over the bottom screws for the LEDs to get power. Yes if the scews were not "uncrewed" some, everything would still work except for the LEDs and you would think that the cover is defective. The cover must slide over the two bottom 'backed out some screws' for the LEDs to work. I know, it is much eaiser and safer to return the covers for a refund. LOL

Lasted 2 weeks

It was great... for about 2 weeks. it's already dead. not sure if i just had bad luck with this one or if they're low quality, but this one's no good.

Outlet cover night light works great!

Even though it’s a little brighter than the one it replaced ( the old ‘As Seen On TV! version) that got old & quit working, we really like having night light in the bathroom. Easy install!

This is not emergency lighting: no power, no light

I love the ease of installation and the pleasant night light it provides.

Automatically turns on as light

Works well as a night light turning on as darkness approaches. Allows the normal plugins to be freely used. The light shines down on the floor lighting a walkway. It only lights up when it is getting dark.

Excellent product.

Very slim, not bulky as other night-lights. Easy to install; you don't even need to turn of the power from the braker box (in most cases).

Fade Over Time

Purchased seven of these nightlight wall plates to use in the bathrooms, kitchen and hallway. One of them got so dim in 4 months, it provided no light and I replaced it. I just purchased 3 more to replace more of them that dimmed to almost no light. Love the product as it frees up outlets we need, but cannot recommend it due to the failures over time.

Avoid

First thing , you have to invert your outlet if you want light to shine towards floor.

Garbage is far too charitable a term for these things.
