Used them under a 12” extended granite counter. Liked the size and the fact it had 4 screw holes for more security. Didn’t really need any sanding but still did some.

They are very nice but didn't include any wooden plugs to caver the holes. I bought some and home depot but they didn't fit. I ended up returning them. However they did give me a full refund including shipping
Price was good. Material stains well
Top fell off one but just nailed it back on. Price was good. Material stains well.
Perfect bracket for shelf!
I used a pair of these brackets to hang a shelf above my patio door and function as brackets for a tension curtain rod. Very good quality and value. I distressed them for a farmhouse look. Pleased with this product very much.
Great purchase, no regrets.
We painted the four we purchased antique white and highlighted them with brown marking pen. We also purchased small wood dowels, not included to cover the screws used to mount. They are solid wood, sizable and look great. Our only regret was not installing before we had our granite counter was put in place. Very happy with results.
Outstanding wooden brackets. I will no longer make my own as these are better.
These are high quality and look much more expensive than they are. I recommend sanding them, however, before you paint or stain them. They are very sturdy and I used them to hold up a 60 lb display without any problems. Having eight predrilled holes is another plus.
Very nice wooden shelf brackets
Very nice wooden shelf brackets. I put 2 coats of a walnut stain followed by 2 coats of chalk paint white. Distressed them as the actual shelves are old barn wood. The opening on the backs of each bracket can only handle a very small screw head. A little tricky bu with help st hardware store, found appropriate screws for solid hanging.
Sufficient supprt at a decent price.
Worked well to support the counter of our newly installed breakfast bar/pass through. Holes are a little far apart so was only able to get one side to screw into the studs but still holds strong with zero issues. I also think they look great.
Very nice bracket
These brackets helped me to build a shelf on the wall. The oak takes stain very well and the design is just what I was looking for. They were a little difficult to install since each bracket required two small screws into the wall or nails into a stud. But I found some screws. It also looks like there is a top piece that goes into it but I could not find it. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product.
Just what I was looking for
When installed, this product started to come apart. It is put together with small nails. An added screw did the trick, as I (good thing) had a professional contractor installing a shelf for me. It looks great, but Im not so sure it would have gone so well had I tried to install it myself.
Look sharp as bookcase supports
Easy to use, level, strong enough. Look great painted gloss black with black wood buttons. The daughter is happy with her bookcase/shelves. Note these were not prepped in any way. She pulled them out of the box and painted them with a black hi-gloss spray paint. Her wood buttons were a little small, she ended up with a dab of glue on each. These are wide enough, you should be able to find a stud to attach one side to. You could use anchors for the other side. You won't need it with two screws into a stud. That width also gives you leeway on placement, depending on the side you make "secure".EDIT: wood buttons referenced were purchased separately. These do not ship with wood buttons.
Product looked great. For those of you wondering
Yes, rubber wood is actual wood. Perhaps from a rubber tree. Product looked great. For those of you wondering, it uses a #8 wood screw (#10 is too large), and the plug holes are 3/8, not 1/2 inch. Everything about the product seemed in good shape. I am happy.
Collapsed after 1 year
I had two of these holding up a floating mantle that I used for bottles of my high end whiskey. They seemed to be holding perfectly. No signs of coming apart. One evening I sat a glass down and one of the brackets came apart. The mantle fell resulting in 3 broken toes and severe damage to the mantle. They looked nice, but not withstand the test of time.
Good Bracket - but needs attention to finishing.
They are great brackets. They have a nice weight to them, and feel very sturdy. I gave a 4 star rating as some of the pre-drilled screw holes have raggedy edges ... I bought wood plugs at the same time as these brackets, and I unfortunately went with the flat ones. If I'd gone with the round ones, which overlap the front edge a little bit, the raggedy bits may have been hidden. As is is I will have to sand the edges to tidy them up.
Not as sturdy as they look
Parts are not glued together, only held by two thin brad nails on each side. Not as strong as they appear from their dimensions. Air gap appear where there should be solid joint. Nice strong basic construction if you take apart, glue, and replace brads with inset screws. i.e. Rebuild them and take advantage of the basic wood structure.

Worked great for me. Some people complained about it missing plugs. There is NO NEED for plugs. The back and top of the brackets come with metal bars with keyhole slots. I actually removed the keyhole parts and mounted the brackets to a backer board and shelf. I ran screws from the back of the backer board into the brackets. In the end I have an awesome looking shelf, running around the bedroom, for a train set.
Not disappointed!
Needed support for the new quartz countertops we were having installed, specifically the countertop on the bar which has an overhang. The installers told us we were responsible for installing the supports. Since I was the one that set this whole redo in motion, my husband , bless his heart, said he “knows nothing” and it was all up to me. I checked local suppliers and wasn’t satisfied with the choices. So on the internet I went and found these just by searching. They were what I had pictured for my bar but I needed to stain them. They stained up beautifully!! My husband did install them, per my direction and supervision :). Overall, so pleased with the product and promptness in shipping.
Good for building sturdy plant shelves in windows
I have used these brackets many times to install sturdy wooden plant shelves in front of my windows. They are decorative, blend in with traditional woodwork and, once sanded, take paint well. I have never had an issue with any bracket failing. I recommend them to gardeners and houseplant enthusiasts. I noticed that the price has gone up and Home Depot no longer carries them.
White pumper problem again BUT this company stood behind their product.
I received my second bottle of this and AGAIN, why doesnt the pumper work as it did not in the first one I received? What am doing wrong? I screw it on and take its clear cap off and again try to spray it at no avail no matter which way I turn it. I sure would like just a pumper that works. Confused and sad.I love the smell but cant use it. BUT NOW I CAN, THIS COMPANY MADE IT RIGHT. SOMETIMES THINGS JUST HAPPEN AND I CHANGED MY STARS TO A 5.

Quality of this product is very poor. The pair I ordered will need a lot of sanding or buildup before the finish coat is applied. One of the two even has a bunch of wood filler hastily spread in an attempt to fill a gaps that could have been prevented. It has glue and wood filler dried on it in different places. The other one has wood filler that doesnt even match the oak color. The miter joints are terrible. I am going to disassemble and put them together properly. The only reason to order this brand is for convenience, but dont expect a good quality product.
