Not worth the cost

I will be returning this. For the cost, I was expecting a lot more. The room I was hoping to cool is tiny (32sq ft), hence why I was looking for a compact option. However, it barely cools at all, and the “breeze” is virtually non-existent. I would think for something nearly as expensive as a portable or window AC unit, it would have at least a few different fan settings or features that are more useful, rather than purely aesthetic, like the color change options. Overall, pretty disappointing.

Works very well but the product manual SUCKS. You have to figure out the controls. Typical of Chinese products.

Air is not that 'cool'

The foot print is nice but the air that comes out is not that refreshing. It would be less expensive to buy a small fan. I am fairly sure I have it at the coolest temperature setting. I am returning.

Smells awful

Beautiful design yes. But out of the box and added cold water and came out weird bad smelly air. The air smells dusty and stinky. Gave me a headache and dry throat. I waited maybe because it's out of the box but the smelly air remained. I will be returning it soon. Can't be dealing with hot dry smelly dusty air all at once. I had high expectations for the price but im disappointed.

I love this little AC :) I work in a all glass office that faces the sun it get's over ninety on sunny days. This portable cooler sits on my desk and works great for cooling the whole office. I recommend it for small spaces.

Helps cool a very small area

This portable A/C unit works pretty well. We have two of these units and my son’s use these in their small bedroom to augment the home AC unit. The house AC does not cool their rooms well, so this helps cool their room. It must be used in a small room or within two-three feet in front of you.

Doesn't do much, if anything.

This did not cool down a small space at all. I bought it for my son to have because he doesn't like to be too cold but obviously it's summer so we need it to cool down a little. The air that was coming out of it was the same as a fan. It never got cold. The water ran out way too fast. I looked around at a lot of different products and settled on this one. I wish I would have saved my money.

Our office is located in a historical building, therefore no air conditioning system is allowed to install. I was suffering from exhausting heat and didn't think the solution is so simple and nice-looking. Recommended it to all of my friends, best personal cooling device!

Cools you when directly in front of unit

I didn't expect that this would cool an entire room, and indeed it doesn't. But it does blow cool air on you if you place it directly in front of you, which is helpful during a heatwave.

The device is really cute and works. You can choose whatever color you like or turn it completely off. Don’t ever expect the room to get cold but if you put it in your night table you will definitely feel it, once you turn it off the magic is gone. Mine came with a blue stain though, I did send an email but was told to use alcohol:/

I like it but I don’t love it. It sits on my dresser. I’m if course it doesn’t cool my whole room but I do feel it come in my direction to my bed. The temperature of the air that comes out never goes lower than 70 which bothers me cause I wish it was cooler. The lights are cool. I would only recommend this for office use or small room next to your bed.

screen broke after a few weeks of use and I wasn't able to enter warranty

don't expect to be able to set a temperature and get, even a small room, down to the target. I've had the product for about a year now and i still use it because i couldn't enter the warranty on galaxus even though the screen broke but i would not recommend it. It's absolutely overpriced. The quality of the product is similar to a 20.- piece on aliexpress.

Very good cooler! It's quiet, truly chills the environment and where I stand. When I set it to highest fan speed, it blows cool air quite far, so could potentially be used for an entire room (like kitchen or a small bedroom). It's a small item, but works great and does what it is advertised for. Also, I was very happy that the item was delivered very quickly and efficiently! I'm fully satisfied with this purchase!

First, we live in Arizona which is a desert with very low humidity. Evaporative coolers work best in these environments and not in high humidity places. But even so, this has helped cool the back bedroom down making it not only livable in the heat but actually cool. When the monsoon season starts and the humidity starts to rise, I expect it not to work as well. We have 30% humidity or less and it will take 80 degree temps down to the low 60's. I recommend using filtered water to keep unpleasant smells from minerals in the water to a minimum. Also, let it run dry with the fan on to dry the filter out about once a week to help with this issue as well. This is normal maintenance for an evaporative cooler.

We are so living this portable air conditioner. We have central AC but my toddler's bedroom gets so overheated during the day that we struggle to bring it down to a tolerable temperature for her to fall asleep. As a result, bedtime has been pushed back, she gets irritable, it's not a good situation. Then we got this wonderful portable air conditioner, and it solved our problem at once.

Shipped with the incorrect plug although this wasn't a MAJOR issue as I was going to use it via USB anyway. Does what it says on the tin - and that's what you need to read. This will NOT cool a room, its designed to sit on a desk or a table next to you while you work and creates a cool atmosphere around you. It's better than a fan that's for sure. Some people have commented that this is available for £20 brand-x elsewhere but the build quality on this is EXCELLENT and in my opinion having read some of the reviews on the knock off versions is well worth the money. No leaks. It just works.

I get horribly hot on summer nights and tend to not sleep well because of it my homes ac works everywhere except my room. So besides all the bad reviews I decided to buy it and give it a try and it’s great I keep it on my night stand next to my bed, it didn’t leak or freak out on me. I live in a city with low humidity and dry heat I believe that’s why it worked better than for others .

This is a nice little small A/C fan. It works just fine and I use it for my room and it can cool it down as long as I keep my door closed. I will say that this would be good for you small office space or something like that. I wish that you could take it with you to like the pool but it has to be plugged into a power outlet. It is definitely worth your money because it works as it says and so far it has not broke on me.

Guys, I wanted to tell you how truly awsome this thing is! I usually dont go online to leave reviews becuase Im too lazy, but I have decided that this is quite worth it! I have been using it everyday and mostly every night, and it has been a saver for me, I put it next to my bed and dont worry for the rest of the night, only thing is that I wasnt able to figure out how to turn off the lighting, I kinda got used to it, but it would be nice to know.
