FWHO9-AM Replacement part scam!!!

I have a 2021 Grand Designs 28bh 5th wheel. Just pulled out from winter storage. In dewinterizing I found the tankless water heater had a leak. Further investigations found the drain line had broken most likely to water in line. Apparently l failed to winterize correctly “not my first time but I will leave it as possible “. Anyway I went ahead and took the copper line off after the local dealer failed to call me back about available parts. I determined that there was only one leak and the rest of the system was not leaking. So I took a picture of the copper line and its connections and sent them to Furrion support. They responded immediately gave me a case number and said 24 hour response. Next morning I received response part is not replaceable “you will need to replace unit”. So I called Furrion and gave them my case number and was told the same answer “need to replace as this part not on list of replacement items.
