Two snapped together pieces of plastic and cardboard. Expensive for what it is. But, it functions so I can’t fault it too much I guess.

This was a cheap plastic piece of crap. I would recommend not selling this particular product. I did return it.

Works very well balancing temps in all rooms. Prior to installing, our (closed door) bedroom was always colder or hotter than the rest of the house. The room had no returns in it, so the HVAC system couldn’t work as designed.

It worked perfectly to help balance the return air flow and eliminate pools of cold air.

Effective but pricey

Installed 3 of these on doors for bedrooms without return ducts. Pretty easy with a jigsaw but would recommend notching a bit extra either side of bottom cut where grill screws to base of door to make it flush with bottom of door. Definitely notice difference in air flow and baffle works well reducing light and noise. Gave it 4 stars as they are way overpriced. $100 for the 3 pack or $50 single! Too much for some plastic and cardboard but there doesn’t seem to any alternative.

Easy way to add cold return

Product seems a little expensive for what it is, as it is just plastic with a cardboard baffle. But, it is effective. The cardboard is not really noticable once installed. It definitely does provide good airflow. I installed on one of 2 identical rooms, and noticed the installed room was warmer than the other as there was now a path for cold air to leave when the doors were closed. As for the reviewer that mentioned that his room was too hot, that must be some other issue than a needed return.

New doors without a huge gap

Installation was easy and allowed us to put up new doors without a huge gap at the bottom for AC/Heating airflow. I recessed the mounting tabs at the bottom to make a cleaner fit.

Fantastic results

This was placed at a bedroom door that was a secondary entrance to the bedroom. Right outside that door was a return, you can feel significant airflow from that bedroom to the return. Both the over door/wall vents and this door vent have not only helped with airflow, they have changed the quality of the air throughout the house, it's easier to breathe and my son has severe asthma and COPD, lighter cleaner air has made his ability to breathe significantly better ❤️

My kids bedroom get a bit too hot in the winter because they have small rooms and no ventilation to get the air back to the return in the hallway. I was really hoping this would work. I installed it on the bottom of the bedroom doors. It was an easy install with a jigsaw through hollow core doors. It's been a few weeks and I have not noticed any differences in the temperatures in their room, so I am disappointed. I've read that installing another one on the top of the doors might help, but that would look bad in my opinion so I'm not going to do that...

Balances air great! One suggestion...

Rooms properly ventilate now when the HVAC is on! I would suggest down sizing 1/4" from the cutting template and make the cuts smaller. Still fits perfectly, but gives more room for error (just in case). I also caulked the seams to finish the look.

Fixed a too-hot room

This greatly improves the air circulation in my home office. It would get very stuffy since I have the door closed and there are several computers in there. Now it stays comfortable all day.

GOOD Product but needs improving

Easy to follow instruction, easy installation and works well. However, it is very easy to break the grill bars if hit with a vacuum or if you have a dog. Product needs to be made with a PVC plastic to increase durability.

Increased airflow about as much as I expected. Definitely an improvement. Installation was easy, and about as advertised. Recommend masking or putting paper on your door so as not to mar the paint with the saw. Overall pleased with this product.
