It is pretty luminous and the fan works pretty well for the bathroom setting. I never have an issue with fogged up mirrors or humid bathroom after a long hot shower!

Quiet fan

Love this ventilation fan-light. Had a new tub installed, this was recommended by our contractor because it has a quiet fan, the light is very bright. The old light was located in the middle of the bathroom ceiling, we had this light located to be centered with the tub/shower for better lighting when showering. It was installed with the ventilation going directly to the outside, rather than being directed through the wall to the basement as the old HVAC fan was installed when the house was built. because of the way we had this fan/light installed, we get absolutely no steamed up mirror, no more people smearing the mirror from wiping the mirror with a towel. I would highly recommend this ventilation fan/light.

Great fan, nice dimmable light. The description states the fan has both horizontal and vertical discharge. That's not true, it's only horizontal. According to Learn Metrics, HVAC systems, below 0.9 sones is considered whisper quiet. This fan is rated at 0.8 sones. Based on the chart from L.M., this fan is more like 3.0-5.0 sones. Standard noise. I'd buy this fan again, but it needs a description update.

Nice Fan. I would purchase again

Nice fan, runs quietly, installed easily. I purchased two units. On one of the units, I had to repeatedly adjust the position of the wire, where it exits the fan motor strain relief, so the fan didn't rub on it during operation.

This light was bigger than I imagined but it emits great bright light and the fan is super quiet.

Easy to install and very quiet. I used it in a Reno and it went in well through the drywall.
