Perfect for my bathroom

Came broken and louder than expected

2 of the clips on the cover were broken and had to be fixed prior to install. The fan is much louder than advertised. We consistently install fans that are 1 sone or less and this is noticeably louder than that.

Great product for the money. Meet all my expectations.

It is louder than what I thought it would be but there is no sign of any moisture even after a really long shower.

Works well in our master bath. It rattled at first but a quick adjustment fixed that.

Something to know

The "brushed Nickel" finish cover is painted plastic and pretty fragile.

Exactly what we needed for our basement shower. Works very well and is much quieter than the previous fan light.

Surprisingly nice light for the selection I found for this type of light/fan combination. Our electrician thought so too. It gives plenty of light in our tiny new bathroom and with no windows the fan works very well.

As a contractor my clients are very happy this was a breeze for me to install I got two for my bathrooms

It's very quiet, light emits enough light for that part of the bathroom - but it's not large enough (nor intended to be large enough) to light even a 5 x 10 bathroom. I'm a little dismayed at the fan power - for a small bathroom there is still a lot of moisture buildup.
