Easy to install and set up. I'm very happy with it, but had initial issues with the order. I ordered online to pick up at my local store, after getting home, I realized the one they gave me was used and missing a screw, dirty and packaging all opened in the box. I would expect a new product when paying for one. I was lucky that they had one left in stock and was able to return the used one. But, shouldn't have had to make 2 trips to the store for this item.
It was tooooo difficult to program. I only have steam heat. I returned it and purchased a T-3. Perfect dnd reasonably easy to program. Works great

Missing Parts and Defect
Battery and hardware options were missing.
Screen died in less than a week. Junk.

This was the second Honeywell Home t5-7 day programmable thermostat that I purchased and both did not work. There is a problem with this model and needs to be recalled.
VERY upset - bought a "smart" thermostat & it does NOT have wifi.
Touchscreen not responding
The batteries for the unit were changed, but now the touchscreen is not responding and stock in Set the Date and Time menu.Temperature stays in the one set when the batteries died.
Complete junk barely works and Honeywell customer
Failed Less Than Six Months After Installation
Installed 11/15/2023. On May 10, 2024 tstat is unresponsive. Error code 171 is not referred to in instruction manual. So disappointed.
Great Thermostat
Great little unit that is perfect for mounting on a pillar - not too big like others that would hang off. Easy and consistent operation and sleek design. Really loving it.
Works properly but missing features
Our previous Honeywell had both these features and I miss it.
touch screen and the ease of changing temp.
Nice thermostat, it just doesn’t work as I have a proprietary HVAC system.
