Great product. With the exception of the showerhead, which can be replaced with one of your choice. I just want more options with a showerhead.

Worth the extra couple hundred dollars

A bit challenging to install as DIY, but well-built. The green/blue-tinted glass on the front is sleek looks great. Overall, the unit is heavier and you can tell it is much better built than the shower towers that are half its price.

I have this product for over two years now and it’s been working OK actually very well however I’ve had a couple of defective parts over Time. They have been outstanding on quickly replacing parts at no cost coming from California and shipping to Canada very impressive highly recommend this company they stand by their warranty.

Just purchased this product and so far it is working very well. I would have given a rating of 5 stars. However, it is advertised as being WHITE in color and there is nothing white about this model. It is more light greenish/blue. I even called Pulse Support directly and was told that there is no WHITE color for this model. The color worked OK but I wish it was in white as described and shown on their booklet.

Unable to get replacement parts.

I am unable to get replacement parts anywhere. The factory, although very sympathetic, were unable to help. Its a lovely shower but it leaks and I can find no fix. I couldn't recommend it when the only solution to a leak is to buy a new one. Well, a new shower may be in my future, but it will not be a "PULSE"

We happen to be redoing our en suite right now and it nudged me to come here and leave a review. One of the reasons we are having to re-do our ensuite is because when it was built we bought this unit and had it installed. We loved it at first but it wasn’t built to last. First the hose for the hand held unit sprung a leak – and then another and another. We replaced that part ourselves. Then the silver finish on the main temperature handle and the diverter handle both started flaking off in sizeable pieces revealing some kind of plaster construction underneath and leaving sharp exposed edges which made meant we had to be very careful using either knob. We contacted the company with photos when this started happening and they ignored us. Finally we had no choice but replace it, and given the size of the unit, a total shower redo was necessary. This was not an inexpensive unit and we had hoped it would last longer then 5 years. I will never purchase from this company again.

Rain shower is too light

Gorgeous set up and super excited for my husband to install. It has every single feature I was looking for. We are installing it to go with our oversized jetted tub... super excited to try it out soon!

Looks Great - Water pressure ehhhh

This shower system looks beautiful. That being said, that’s the best thing it has going for it. It installed fairly easily. The rain head and the shower handle work great. However the body jets, SUCK!!! They have absolutely zero water pressure and are simply there for looks. Quality and durability is still out as it’s largely made out of chrome covered plastic, so we will see how long it lasts. At this point, I’d consider something else if given the chance.

Worth the price

This was a very easy install, no holes to drill, it all hooks up to existing plumbing. The quality is excellent and it is beautiful. The cons.....you cannot use all water features at once. There is a different setting for each. For example, you can't use the jets with the rain shower head or the handheld shower head, only alone. The jets aren't that strong unless you shut some off to allow more pressure. All in all we love it! Everything is easily adjustable and easy to use.

Worth the extra for this one, nice extras (shelf, massage head, mirror glass).

Put this in a remodel for kids bath - they love it!We had a pressure issue initially with the body sprayers but it is better (usually use only 4). The rain shower and spray head are top notch. THINK about where you put the spray head notch on your wall, will want to have it high enough to use the massager while it is on the wall!We ordered a second and put it higher after the contractor decided for himself what would work (he is 5’8”. My boys are 6’4”...

great shower panel

We expanded our shower and put two shower panels in. One problem is that the water pressure is less in one of the panels. The other small issue is that you can only use one feature at a time. I had read this in a different panel review, so wasnt that suprised, but had my fingers crossed that this one would be different. Overall very happy. Our contracter didnt seem to have any problem with installing.

great shower system

We absolutely love this product. It is very high end and works extremely well. Our plumber even said that this is a very good unit. Our plumber had a very easy time installing this system- everything was provided. It is easy to keep clean. If we need shower units in our future home, we will definitely buy this again.
