Elegant Details
Use for picture frame molding in a dining room. Worked very well and complemented the detailed chair rail and crown molding.
Warped product
It has the look of the pictures except mine were warped, which is a problem because I needed to use them as long, flat, straight pieces framing something, and they are wavy. Ive tried several things to straighten them but nothing works. If they werent warped, theyd be fine, but unfortunately that messes up the project I was going to use them for.
It's extremely light, but not straight
I tried three kinds of the polyurethane moldings: one for chair rail, one for picture or box frame (different people call it different names), and one for crown molding. They truly are extremely light, but I found that attaching them with caulk didn?t work very well (although I did caulk the joints joining two 45 degree miters). Instead, I used Gorilla Construction Adhesive, but after 30 second you had better have the molding placed exactly where you want it because it?s unmovable after that, I guarantee. You should be aware that these moldings cannot be produced to be perfectly straight, and the one inch picture frame molding (the one displayed here) was especially crooked being a bit twisted in places and curved in a variety of directions down the length.I butted them up against a straight edge taped to the wall with green Frogg tape, and that worked just fine. The Gorilla double sided tape, though, was a flop. I experimented with it in my garage (photo attached), and now I feel confident enough to install some moldings in the house. In the garage, the wall surfaces were concrete block in some places and dry wall in others. The concrete blocks posed no problem.

Very pretty!
I got these to add to the sides of a desk I made. They are beautiful with a classic look.
Low quality this time
Last time they were good but this time they all are blended. We have problem installing them and they don?t look good.
Chair rail trim
This item definitely helped me to complete a project when no one else had the supplies. Very happy with the product
U.P.S stinks
The product was fine except U.P.S. Broke it in to 3 pieces.I can still use it for what l intended, but it stillstinks it arrived broken.

Wonderful
I did a lot of decorating in my apartment with these Ekena Millwork pieces. It's turned out quite lovely, I think the results are stunning.
Satisfying
I have re-done my whole apartment, and I am very pleased. This Egg-and-Dart Molding is only a small part of the work I have done. I used this in the Back Hall of my apartment. I put some striped shelf paper up to 36" high on the wall, with this Molding at the top. The egg shapes look so nice against the striping. It's a tasteful look.I'm really happy I discovered the Ekena Millwork supplies here on Amazon. I've been able to transform my apartment into an elegant haven for myself. I am so pleased with the results.P.S. Use Mounting Tape to put this up. I bought a 350-ft roll here on Amazon for ten bucks. Also be careful how much you spend on your millwork supplies. There is a big difference in pricing. You don't have to pay a lot, the same pieces are being sold sometimes for ten times as much. Look for the same item for under twenty dollars.
Smooth Panel
This piece was used to create a molded looking window seal base. It was faux painted and installed to look as if we had bought an old window & I stalled it! Turned out beautiful!
Exactly as described
Great product
The right piece at the right time
Web site info is as close as holding the item in my hand. The phone call clarified what I needed to know. I have the site now in my favorites.
