Very good quality. This is pro at cheaper price than plumber.

I received the first one broken and I had to return it. I ordered another one and it never arrive, so I bought another one from a different company.

This toilet is better than competitor brand as I reviewed previously , only issue I have is sometimes it gives me issues if you flush a few times in a row but overall very durable.

Trying to return this item to Wayfair has been a pretty horrible experience for me. I thought Wayfair.ca had one of the best if not THE BEST return systems of all the online companies out there. I guess I was sorely wrong. All I need right now is to get my Return Label so that my order can be sent back to Wayfair so that I can get my refund but I've had to talk to two Customer Service Representatives and an On-line Chat rep and my problem is still being resolved right now and it has taken a week and half to this point. I'm VERY disappointed with Wayfair.ca at this point.

Such a great toilet! Not to small not too big and very comfortable! Can’t say that about most toilets. Easy to clean very durable and efficient. Installation is quick too

Ordered item THREE TIMES and was shattered every time. The manufacturer ships this toilet in a box with zero padding. Absolute garbage.

There’s not much to mess up on these bowls. I bought two of them and just opened the boxes and gave them a cursory look. Installed one after getting it then the other about a month later and found a hairline crack running the full length of the stool that was hard to see. My bad I guess. Good bowls.
