The TOTO Commercial ADA Compliant Washout Urinal with top spud is a quality unit. It is easy to install and is well designed.

Good price and quality.

Easy to install. Used auto-flush valve and am very happy with it. Make sure your rough-in is sized for 2" as this is the threaded connection size. I recommend downloading the installation instructions which show required dimensions. A minimum 3/4" water supply is also required for proper flushing.

The product is great; however the instructions on Home Depot web site shows a picture of the unit...

The product is great; however the instructions on Home Depot web site shows a picture of the unit like shown above, yet when it came the box only had the lower part. Not the flushing unit. I had to go to a plumbing supply house to buy it as I was on a time crunch. The original order took 10 days to get to the store. Why doesn't the store carry a least "one" unit for sale???

Came faster than expected and undamaged while being the same price of my local Noland's plumbing ...

Came faster than expected and undamaged while being the same price of my local Noland's plumbing supply, which did not have it in stock. Product is commercial grade. The only downside is that the "TOTO TMU1LN12#CP HEU 0.5 GPF" 1/2 Gallon Per Flush valve (also purchased on Home Essentials Direct) can over fill the bowl if you flush a second time too soon after the first.

I have never gone wrong purchasing Toto products. They continue to out-perform other major brands. As with most plumbing fixtures, you get what you pay for. Don't opt for cheaper pissers.
