The valve breaking and keeps dripping water. I had this toilet since March 2024 and now I need to change the valve due to the leakage issue. Please don’t buy this model it will cost you more than expected.

Uninstallable in new construction even though it requires being down to studs. No certifications whatsoever. Will not pass with plumbing inspector.

Delivery was unbelievably fast. I highly recommend a wall hung toilet as cleaning under them is so much easier than cleaning around a traditional form out toilet. They are certainly more expensive, but over the long term benefit, it is money well spent.

The first toilet set we got had a fill valve in the wall tank that was missing a small stainless pin through the oraface. The water wouldn’t stop running. We replaced the flow valve from the new unit and the toilet flushes as it should.

This complete European style toilet set is a must have. We had purchased just this type of toilet from Lowe’s and it still needed the other half of the parts which would have been about 400 more (crazy I know!). When we saw that Wayfair had this toilet, plus all the other parts that was needed for the complete install, this was a no brainer for the price. We bought two! Super happy with it, pending install for our renovation project in our guest bathroom and master bathroom!

This toilet comes in three separate boxes. All three boxes come at a different times (still waiting for the third box). This creates confusion and frustration for the customer. Wayfair staff knows nothing about it, so get ready to be calling the warehouse directly to sort it out. This should be indicated somewhere in the description of the product and each box should be treated as a separate order (with a separate order number) for easier tracking. Currently, there is no way you can track the remaining two boxes.

Repairs required

The toilet is beautiful. It looked as I wanted but it was installed this the end of last year and the toilet seat has a crack and is already broken. I am also seeing water on the floor and am suspecting a leak or a hole. I am guessing my expensive wall and floor tiles will need to be cracked and sealed again.

I ordered this kit and was so excited when it arrived a few days ago. What a disappointment when I opened the box and inside was only the toilet bowl and seat. I have no idea where the other 2 items belonging to this kit are. I assumed it would all come together as I was only given 1 tracking number.

Looks modern and doesn't take so much space in bathroom, adjustable height, speciallyimportantfor basementif you have pipes on the floor not inside the flooor like it was in my case. Easy to assemble, works perfectly. I would highly recommend
