Need to exchange this feedee

Sorry but I need the feeder with the clock timer on it because the location is too far away from our wifi. I thought this unit had both wifi and clock.

What a great product. Very helpful specially when I’m at work. I feel much better that I can see my dog while i am at work and also that he is feed on time. The whole process for the installation of this device is very easy, I also love the schedule programing for feeding and also the measuring options.

So far, FANTASTIC!!! I love the camera and microphone and it makes feeding super convenient (not that feeding my fur baby was ever an inconvenience)! Would definitely recommend!!

Could not get it to connect to the wifi

I tried so many times to connect this feeder to the wifi and I did everything it said to connect it and change the settings It never would work. It kept saying that it could not access the router. I had wifi on all my other devices so it was working. At one point I had it sitting on top of the router and it still would not connect.

Awesome vacation feeder

Ordered this for our outdoor cat right before our two week vacation. Set up was easy once I placed it at the window of the router, and the cat has been eating merrily and I can still see him while 1200 miles away and talk! Pretty neat and all you have to do is get crafty with a waterproof enclosure. Worth the money to not have to have someone come by for all those feedings. (Though they do come for pettings:))

Terrible

The automatic dog feeder does not hook up to my internet, I bought a router for it to work and it still doesn't connect.

I’m so happy I got this. I love that I don’t have to feed my dog three times a day. I just program when he gets fed

Very helpful and we enjoy it.

Hooking this up to my wifi was extremely difficult. But the camera is super clear! I can speak to my fur baby. I can watch my furbaby. Its definitely worth it.

Only connects to 2.4GHz WiFi

Very misleading. Nothing in the description about this feeder only being able to connect to 2.4GHz WiFi. Will not connect to 5G. Struggled for over an hour and wasn’t informed of this until I spoke with the company. Had to return as I only have 5G WiFi at home.

Great Product with one inconvenience

Love this except the power plug is way too bulky and unstable. There is no good way to plug it in where I need it. Needs a redesigned and streamlined plug.

Will not stay connected

When it works, it's great. Mine, however, keeps getting disconnected even though it has batteries as well as remains plugged in. I have to check the feeding schedule every day because someone's it skips a scheduled time. Very frustrating.

This is more of a review on Chewy than the actual product. I just really have to give a shout out to these guys for standing behind their products and fast courteous support. They are absolutely a fantastic company..cheers!!!!!!

Works Great!

This feeder works great for my cat. I am glad I bought it.

Took forever to get connected. Spent over an hour to try and get connected, before giving up and contacting customer support. They gave a different set of directions that were not sent with the feeder. These directions worked immediately. Seems to be working good now that it got connected. Just wish the directions they send were a little easier to understand to save time with the set up.

This device is just what was needed.

Just what we needed. This device is good for feeding our pet while we are in a different room. Plus, I can record a greeting, or message for our pet. The camera is a good feature for viewing our pet, and monitor her actions, and feeding routine.

Could not connect

When I tell you that I spent hours trying to set this up.. doesn't seem like you can set a feeding schedule without the app and it's impossible to connect- the instructions are terrible and about 3 hours later I'm pretty sure the problem is not user error.
