I have been very impressed so far during installation.

Good woodburner

The fireplace and associated parts (flue, firestop, etc) are well-made. The installation instructions are a little terse when it comes to the flue/chimney but useable. 5 stars for everything EXCEPT the Glass Doors!!! The glass doors are well-made and of good quality. However, the pivots (and shoulders) on which they ride are about 1/8" too tall to install no matter how much disassembly you do! I tried to adjust the glass height to fix (instead of grinding new shoulders on pins). That was a mistake as the glass is made to be mounted without adjustment. I will reassemble the glass in the doors correctly then disassemble and grind the pins a bit to get it to work as it was intended. The doors are nice but forewarned is fore-armed. Scott

Not to bad.

It does what it was designed to do, installation was pretty straightforward. I hope it lasts for at least 10 years, but time will tell you get what you pay for.

I thought it had loopers which is my fault for not reading the details. I purchased a fan for it, but it came All beat up along with the fireplace, all beat up. There's a label on the fireplace saying that it can be beat up which doesn't make sense to me. We'll not purchase from here again.

Keep looking this one is not it!

The product arrived damaged and unusable. there is a curve in the side wall, one of the brick walls had fallen in, and there are other scratches and dents all over. It's been a week since I've notified the vendor, yet I am still waiting on a refund. This products is for my husbands contractor job, now we are dealing with upset customers because of this issue.
