Great value for the money. Does take some time to assemble but worth it. It is squeaky when putting on shoes so make sure things are tight or find a way to cut back on the squeak, wax the attaching pieces maybe when securing while putting together? Overall very happy as it fits perfectly in our space by the garage door.

Nice Item but Not White
Assembly was fairly simple, no missimg pieces, quality is as expected. Disappointed that this is definitely not white. Its more of a light brown with an extremely slight white wash. Not as bright as the pictures.

Nice piece. The base went together easy but the back was a little harder going together. All in all it is a nice piece. BTW...do not use pledge on it, it streaks very badly.

Great quality! It was a little smaller than I expected but overall pictures are accurate representation of the item. Recommend that you use this in a smaller space.

Nice Unit but Buyer Beware
I gave this item a 3 star based on it was defective. There were several places on the frame and shelves where the holes were missing in order to put it together. So we had to do that ourselves. Other than that this unit is nice and was easy to put together just be prepared to possibly need to drill some holes. This is the second item I have purchased with Overstock that was defective but not enough to go through the hassle to return. Called customer service to make them aware of this issue. I am not sure that phone call went well as the representative seemed to be not understanding what I was explaining. So thought I would write this review so others are aware and prepared.
