Would recommend

Nice piece, sturdy. I have not had any of the issues others mention about it being loose. The only downside was it was missing a screw and an extra of another screw and the edge had a slight break which was easily remedied with wood glue. Let me also state that this set is pressboard with the design being a laminate overlay. It looks great but isn't going to fool anyone into thinking it's true wood. In no way, based on price or product overview and specs, should anyone have thought it was a real wood piece. Shame on you for dinging a product review because you didn't read.

Heavy duty bed. Some peeling of the stick on wood look out of the box. Also the frame consists of three pretty wimpy looking bars and one foot. we will be trying to figure out how to reinforce. For how heavy and strong the bed is it is disappointing the frame part that the actual mattress sits on is so wimpy.

WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET

Very flimsy, not good quality at all. The bed doesNOT come with any kind of mattress support which would have been ok if they mw tuoned it BEFORE we bought it. Also, even after we got some rolling slats for mattress support online, there is a LARGE GAP between the mattress and the headboard. It looked really good at the store but what they delivered is a low quality piece of junk.

Great budget friendly all around bed!

This is a great bed. Sturdy and looks great in our spare room. I only rated it a 4 instead of a 5 to help understand the quality from a wood perspective. In photos and truly from far away it looks really nice. Up close though you can tell it is a painted/printed particle board or laminate darker trim. It is noticeable. This should not deter you from purchasing as it is super cute. Just always good to set expectations for the purchase! Enjoy you won’t be disappointed!

Once the bed frame was delivered, my Fiancé and I put it together. It took about 45 mins and was very simple. Directions were clear and the process was fun. It turned out beautiful in our freshly painted master bedroom!! I would have bought the matching dressers, but i liked these gray top nightstands they had to offer with another bedroom set!! It looks so good and I can’t wait to move in :)

Great quality, great price!

We recently purchased a new mattress with an adjustable base. We only needed a headboard to complete the look, and this one did the job. It arrived well packaged and the instructions were very easy to follow. We put it together in about 15 minutes, if that. We have it free standing behind the bed, not attached to anything and it’s very sturdy. Highly recommend!!

Don't buy from here, unless you like waiting months for your delivery

We will likely never order from Coleman again. We ordered our bed with what we thought was a 5 week lead time for delivery. 3 months and a few days later we finally got it. After having to buy another bed to get us by until this one came in because we were upgrading to a King and had already purchased a new Mattress. Once delivered we noticed the headboard has some defects in it, the left side has a huge gap in the wood from manufacturing. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend!

Cheep

Just recived this hole bedoom set about an hour ago. Shipping people where really nice. Once they got everything set up they asked me how it looked. Looked amazing just how I expected it to be. Once they left I started really examining it trying to move it away from the wall just to find a board that was supporting the meat board was dangling screws where short stripped and wood is fake compressed wood that just tour like paper. Nothing was sturdy. ..I was scared to even lay on it that it would fall apart. I only waigh 130 pounds... it shook wobbled and it was all made out of cheep compressed wood. That I could snap over my knee . The handles on my side table and dresser where dangling dresser drawers are thin almost like my clothes would just fall out the bottom. Looks nice but extremely cheep and already had to call to get replacement parts... and it's only been an hour since I recived it. Foot board looks nice when standing at bottom of bed... but when laying in bed looking down its just white compressed wood with black screws holding it togeather....

Beautiful

The bedroom set is absolutely gorgeous. I am going through a divorce and the one thing I wanted to do for myself was to redo my bedroom and make it my sanctuary. I purchased the king size. Delivery personnel were fabulous. Very professional and set up the set for me. It was more beautiful in person. Everyone who comes over and sees my bedroom is in love. It looks as if it is real wood but it is laminate or whatever the material is to make it but that is all in the manufacturers details. There is one poor review on this but I feel that person did not fully read the materials. It's a gorgeous set and one that looks like it costs ten times more.

Cute! But poor quality

Once assembled, this is a very cute headboard. However, the quality is very poor. The corners are already peeling (the "rustic" look is basically a sticker) and the headboard didn't come with the correct screws to secure to the bed frame. My husband went to buy new screws, and was able to fashion the headboard to our bed frame. Once pushed up against the wall, it doesn't sway as much.. but still not great quality.Sadly, I just moved into my new home, and the first piece of furniture I buy I know will only be a temporary piece. We will keep this until we have the money to purchase a nicer piece.
