Top part evend doesn't have any mount bolt. Only wood sticks mount top part and there was no glue in the box

Pretty cheap quality but it was easy to put together. It came with a few scratches on the underside and the top doesn't attach properly. Overall just ok.

The desktop came with a big crack! The desktop was pressed board so I’m guessing it got dropped in transit.

It was inexpensive and arrived quickly. It didn’t have any damaged parts, but I will say, the instructions are terrible

I really liked this item it was that hard to follow the instructions and pretty simple to put to together

This desk was difficult to put together. The instructions are vague. Some pieces were not labled. Some holes were drilled in the wrong spot. So it would fall apart easily. I ended up using glue and putting in extra screws to hold it together. Wouldn't recommend purchasing this desk. I have put together many pieces of furniture. This was bad.

Horrible

Very hard to assemble not all the screws came with it. We finally gave up and put it together with gorilla glue.

Cheap desk, bad return policy

I dislike how the package were come and the desk got damaged, the instructions was confusing. When you call them they don’t give you your refund because they need the item back when you builder the desk entirely . when I build it entire desk until the top pieces were chipped. And cheap materials.

Lovely desk for my daughter; difficult to assemble

Instructions for putting this together were difficult: different sizes of screws /bolts were not clearly identified and with small, unclear photos and not verbal/written instructions it was a bit frustrating.

I can’t load this review with a bunch of positives

I really wanted to have a bunch of great things to say about this table.

Tvilum Whitman Executive Desk with drawers, white

Perfect little desk for my daughter. Just the right size. Got here on time. Only thing we disliked were the instructions. Luckily my husband put it together in no time but the instructions were kind of useless. Good desk for the price. Not a ton of storage in the drawers so we will end up purchasing some separate storage but it's no big deal.

Average Desk

You need a little patience putting this desk together. There are no written instructions. It is all pictures so if you are a seasoned veteran builder you will be ok. If you are a first timer it may take a little bit. There is one instruction that calls for an awl and most people don't have that tool. So you can use a nail to make a hole if you don't have a drill. The desk is made of compressed wood so some of the holes may not match up. All in all it took me about an hour to complete. Beware the handles of the desk drawers are plastic and the drawers do not open all the way.

Arrived chipped, top piece doesnt attach

This desk was not only difficult to build, but the desk itself will not last long at all, let me explain. First, some of the pieces arrived chipped. Now I believe this is the quality of the wood because while I was building the desk, even more pieces of chipped wood came off. Also, this desk was really difficult to build. To connect the top piece (the biggest piece), you only attach it via the little cylindrical wood pieces that line up the two parts of the desk, and glue. This is not a permanent binding. In fact, every time I lift the desk now, the top piece disconnects and I cannot move the desk. This is super irritating because it took me so long to build the desk and I cant even move it now without it disconnecting. So upset :(

Overall a decent desk

The Tvilum Whitman 3 drawer writing desk is a decent desk for the price. I got the desk to put in my grandkids play room for school work. It is constructed of particle board and once assembled seemed fairly sturdy. Every board was pre-drilled and fit together nicely. It took me about 45 minutes to unpack and assemble. The shipping box was approximately 21"W x 4"D x 52"L and the assembled desk was approximately 47"W x 19"D x 28"H. The black wood grain finish was smooth and looked good. I did feel the need to warn my two grandsons not to climb or sit on it. Knowing them and partical board furniture, it might not last if they abused it. All in all I am happy with the desk. The instructions could have been clearer by marking the orientation of the desk (front/top) in each pictorial. Determining that slowed the assembly down a little.
