Was an open box upon arrival.

Parts look worn, perhaps damaged by water as the stains on the white were orange, like rust. The item went together okay and works. The item was needed so not returning.

Folding Dryer Rack

Good concept, because of its size, but difficult to assemble and cheaply made. I hope it won't collapse when we put wet clothing on it.

Cruel Contraption

This is the candid camera worthy while trying to assemble this drying rack. After trying for 40 minutes I gave up and walked it to the curb for garbage pick up tomorrow. There are no instructions and the box reads easy to assemble… because you end up getting one pole in the other ones come apart constantly. It’s made of inferior plastic and metal. This space maker is going to fit right in at the land fill. Should have made a video I would have made money on it.

Haven't used it yet since I just put it together. I'm sure it will work fine.

One part that holds the pole was broken when shipped.

Wonderful clothes rack

I love this clothes rack. I dry a lot of clothes on it. It fits great in my laundry room. It doesn’t take up much room.

Terrible Design!

Neither my husband o4 I could put this together. I will be returning it ffor sure!

PIECE OF CRAP!!!

Cheaply made, flimsy, and comes apart all the time. Difficult to put and keep together. If you’re thinking about building one, move on to something better! I wouldn’t wish this product on my worst enemy.

Great for the price

I bought this and was surprised at how simple a design works so well

Functions well but....

It took me hours to put it together. I would finish attaching a rod and four more would come undone. A couple of tries and it all came undone. It might help to have someone else to help, but I don't have such a person. I very nearly gave up and would have except I had already recycled the huge shipping box it came in. I would recommend it only with the caveat that it can seriously test your patience.

One broken piece, but still works great!

I love this rack! It had one broken piece. One of the pegs to put the pieces on to connect both sides was snapped off. The rack works great, just one less rack to dry clothes on. It definitely is better than having clothes draped over chairs throughout my home.

Broken but functional and space saving

One of the connectors was broken off when I got it. All of the others were fine and I still can use it (just not that one cross bar). I like the look of it overall and that it doesn’t take up much space.

It's annoying to assemble and can come apart easily, especially with kids in the house, but it's been great to have otherwise. It takes up very little space and gives us what we need when we need to hang clothes to dry.

Like my drying rack, it’s simple but sturdy. The end caps were a bit tricky to get to stay on but so far everything is good.

This item is defective. I was unable to assemble it and presumed it was “me”; I am not good at following visual instructions. I had to wait a long time until my husband returned from being away and I expected that he could assemble the drying rack. He determined that the product, as packaged by Whitmoor, was defective. It had two left sides instead of one left and one right. It can’t be put together properly because one of the feet that it stands up on is backward because there are two same sides instead of a right and a left.

I bought this item and it is not sturdy at all. I put clothes to dry on it and it fell apart. Wish I could return this product
