Like a firm touch?

This is the first massage chair I have used, so I am no expert. My gym has two of them and once I discovered how incredible this machine is, I have become a committed user for as long as it takes to get my muscles and joints to loosen up and stay that way. I use the chair for about an hour, trying the many options that are available. My favorite choice so far is elevated legs, soft rain sounds, heat and Swedish "restore" massage. I can hardly wait to get back to the gym and jump in for more. I am on the web now, looking for a video that shows how to adjust the settings.

On back there is not padding just a very tin piece of material between your back and the roller balls. 4 people tried it no one likes it.

Amazing massage therapy. Only problem its a little heavy on the pressure. Can’t limit upper body to only upper body. But we love it. Whole family fights over who’s next.
