not accurate dimensions

Replacement set, this time 8 inches less than advertised width, which doesn't look right on my rod now and had a black spot. Didn't even reach out to customer service yet since we're awful with first set. I would not recommend this product. Only keeping because it's a guest room and too much work to keep taking down and sending back!

I now own these drapes in multiple colors. The fabric is rich in color and look luxurious. They are lined, well made, and the drapery tape along the top allows for using hooks and rings for a pleated look, or a rod pocket for a gathered look. Hooks and rings not included. These will "puddle" nicely, but I prefer to hang these about 2" off the floor.

These are my go to for elegant velvet drapes. Very, exceptional quality. I have bought multiple of these for different rooms and different properties in different colors. This is the second time I bought the plum purple and they did not disappoint! I've done a lot of research and I don't think you could find a better value for This quality and color selection.

Gorgeous Drapes for a Great Price!

We needed a heavy curtain for winter with a color to dim the light. Absolutely gorgeous curtains which hang well and look expensive. The taupe is on the darkish side so darkens room a bit but is not a room darkening curtain. Fabric flowy and soft. Also, priced others at about $90+ so these are a fabulous deal. Will buy these again for the main living room. Tip: do not wash them...put them on dryer steam mode or just fluff in dryer on medium setting. No need to iron. These will not disappoint!

Quality fabric, well made, look beautiful.

I was impressed by the weight of the panels, I've had them up about a month, will probably need to iron out the folds/wrinkles from shipping. They insulate against the western exposure of the summer sun, I can feel the heat between them and the window.

Impressed by quality

Wow, the quality of these curtains were much higher than I expected. They drape beautifully and are so soft. they aren't stiff at all and are easy to move around and tie back. My room instantly felt more glam after hanging them. The white back lining has been good for heat deflecting now that the weather is warming up. Even though they aren't listed as "blackout" the fabric is thick enough that they have that effect.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the lining is white instead of grey so you see the white on the underneath edge of the curtains, so you have to turn the curtain inward to avoid this or stitch them together to avoid showing the white. Wish they would make it with a dark grey liner instead.

Palest blush pink

These are the prettiest palest blush pink panels! They very closely match my bedroom wall color and look and feel luxurious. They have a nice weight to them which gives them a lovely drape. At first, I thought I had to spend extra time ironing out the wrinkles, but hung them temporarily to get an idea of how they would look. By the next morning, most of the wrinkles had already fallen out on their own! Excellent purchase!

Beautiful! But be advised: not room darkening.

Although just received, I'll echo the positives and negatives of other reviewers. Deliciously luxurious fabric. I love that these have multiple means of hanging. I was not seeking room darkening/blackout, but DO NOT purchase if that is your goal (and this is the only reason for a 4 and not a 5).

Beautiful velvet drapes

These velvet drapes are just what we needed to update the bedroom. They are both very beautiful and a great quality. They are lined with a white backing which is attached at the top of the back of the drape which keeps the room warm and dark when closed. These drapes are heavy so you will need a strong curtain rod. I had read some of the question and answers regarding if they can be hung on a traverse rod. It was answered that with drapery pins it could be done but I didn't like the way they looked at the top. I used enough pins but felt they just looked rumpled. You will need a fabric steamer to get rid of all the wrinkles from packing because you can not iron velvet. It ruins the nap and even with a towel between the drapes and your iron you still can't really smooth out the wrinkles but a handheld fabric steamer works great and those are not too expensive.

Plush, lined, thick, and heavy!

It’s hard to believe just how incredible these lined velvet curtains are at this price point (I’d pay more!). They’re weighted and drape beautifully, plus have an expensive-looking finish without the Restoration Hardware price tag. They adorn all our windows (especially floor to ceiling in the sunroom) to both keep our too much sunshine and hold in the heat. With multiple hanging options, what’s not to love about them?!

Avalon Blue Velvet

Ordered several panels of the Avalon Blue. It is a beautiful blue. The drapery are weighty and have a great header from which ypu can style them to be a rod pocket a back tab or there is a nice taping that allows for pins and rings. You will need to need to decrease them. I am going to try a steamer on low after hung, or a quick tumble in the dryer. No weird smells or anything. I don't have them hung in the photo, I was just testing them with the tie backs. It should give you and idea of the coloring and fabric sheen and shows the taping as well. Overall I love these so far.

Beautiful and nicely constructed!

These drapes are beautiful! The construction is wonderful. They are fully lined and weighted which was a nice surprise. I would expect this from a more expensive product, but the price was very reasonable. They came a bit wrinkled due to being folded for shipping. I tried to carefully steam them, but that didn't work well and was probably due to operator error. I eventually ironed them on the underside for severe wrinkles. Do Not iron these on the right side of the fabric due to the nap. They could turn out shiny or flatten the velvet finish. Most came out by just putting the entire drapery right side down on the ironing board and pressing the lining over the drape. The lining acted as a pressing cloth and the wrinkles were removed from both the drapery and the lining in one step. I am very happy with this product. I typically sew my own drapes, but couldn't purchase the fabric for this price or make them any better than they are constructed.

Great But Not at the same time

The curtains are absolutely stunning & we’re exactly what I was wanting! HOWEVER, I ordered 10 Panels in all. Six out of the Ten had big and small stains on them. Looks as if they were returned and or used. Extremely upset/disappointed. Also the first 7 ordered on first transaction were lost in the mail and the company recorded them and these are the ones I received. I have had to look up ways to get stains out of Velvet Curtains. I would have sent the 6 back but there would be a return fee and then I’d have to wait another month to get them in the mail again. Wasn’t worth my time and money. So cleaning it is. Has anyone else had this issue with receiving “new” curtains with stains? But Finally after steaming and scrubbing… the finished curtains look wonderful.

I purchased these in 96 in. forest green velvet & they are the best quality curtains! I am picky with fabrics & this velvet really hits the mark. It has a luxurious feel that doesn't give me the icky feeling that cheap faux velvet does (like nails on a chalkboard for me) They are very heavy, so you will need a good quality curtain rod to hold them. I love that they are versatile enough to either be used with a rod or with hooks. Everyone compliments them and they very much elevate the look of our Victorian era home. I can't say enough good things about them!!! I have ordered 4 panels & will be purchasing more in other colors for another room. Do not pass these up if you are skeptical of quality, because you will love them!!!!

Luxurious Curtains without being overpriced

I decided I wanted velvet curtains for my master bedroom because I wanted a softer look while still achieving a custom look. These curtains do just that, they are Gorgeous. They have several hanging options, weighted bottoms and they are room darkening. The velvet is beautiful. I would suggest ordering color samples if they are still offering that option. I needed an Ivory or white color for my bedroom but wasn't completely sure I wanted a bright white. So I went with the light beige because on screen they looked ivory/cream but they are truly a light beige. I have read lots of reviews that exchanges and returns can be difficult with overstock so I didn't even try. Luckily for me I loved these curtains so much I decided to keep the light beige for my living room and I ordered another set in white for my bedroom. They are just as Gorgeous as the light beige and are exactly what I was wanting color wise.

For the price, I think these are a good value and would buy them again. I appreciated that wrinkles quickly fell out and the curtains hang smooth. Two improvements would make these curtains a solid "5". The header tape needs to be wider to use drapery pins: I instead clipped my rings to the tape openings. The edges need refinement: The long edge is pressed but not sewn down and the header tape is sewn around the top pocket so it's visible from the side. These are very attractive curtains and overall I am pleased. The color I selected may be a stretch for others--Wild Rose but I love it. The color definitely reads rose but has enough brown to stay subtle and blend with other furnishings. Thanks HD for fast shipping, having the best price and availability compared to other vendors.

Seeking to upgrade the street facing Dining Room window treatment, My goal was privacy, white fabic showing outside, with my choice of color inside. We chose a warm neutral and anxiously anticipated the ‘velvet’ curtains’ arrival. Beyond impressed not only by the luxurious quality , weight, and drape of the fabric, but also the finish. These are too shekf timeless velvet curtains. They quality and detail are reminiscent if decades past. Heavy enough to have packing wrinkles disappear in days. I prefer an unidentifiable style - tradition merts whimsy and these are such a oerfect back drop, I replaced all window treatments on both floors. Timeless luxury merts easy style. I chose to simple thread the pole thru the tabs on the back (not a fan of metal on metal sound), so throwing open the curtains to greet the morning is quiet and lovely. Highly recommend. This is not the weightless polyester they pass off as velvet these days. This will transport you to your Grandmother’s Home. 💗

Beautiful great value expensive looking drapes

Gorgeous! These are going back. I have 10foot dramatic windows and was hard to find quality blackout curtains that weren’t over $100 a panel. I feel like I hit the jackpot with these. The curtains themselves are amazing. Especially in the brighter covers- I have 5 windows to dress needing 10 panels, I got the off white and golden amber. Amber was much darker than appearing online, they are nice but the color is so dark. These are perfect and color is true to online. Beautiful long heavy lush dramatic velvet. I will be replacing the amber with more of these for the other rooms. They will easily help with the draft ones of my 100 year old 10 foot brownstone bills. My energy bill will thank me.

Gorgeous Glam Velvet Curtains Color Lighter Online

We love these curtains! The color is darker in person and more brown than rose in person than they are in online photos. They are the perfect addition to the vintage style in our bedroom. They have a great glam look. We mounted them across several small windows to make it appear like one large window. We also got extra long panels to sort of pool on the floor for an dramatic look. They worked perfectly and since they are lined they actually block out a lot of light so we didn't need additional black-out shades on the windows. I would definitely recommend these curtains. The only down side is that they are dry-clean only which is kind of inconvenient.
