Easy to install and looks fantastic

Arrived quickly and easy to install. The hardest part was removing the old hardware from my gas assist that had basically rust welded together over the last 4 decades.

Require delivery service that you need to be home to receive your gas logs. I couldn’t bring my logs into my house because I have serious arthritis and and could push the package across my front pork. Also delivery was 2 days late and I got no notification from Lowe’s or fedex.
terrible item
In one of the questions the manufacturer has said "this item comes with ignition system for natural gas". This is not true.
[Rewarded Review] Burner not 30"
The burner was much shorter than 30", which we were expecting.
Love these logs! They’re a nice size and look very realistic with the burning embers. Definitely recommend!
Very heavy construction. We do have to cut the venting in the fireplace in order to use this, so we are returning it. The fireplace box is ventless and these logs require venting! It’s like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, they are not meant to go together.

This is a horrible product. The lighting and shut off system is unsafe. The gas pipe sits ON the pan so it is unsafe to place the insulated materials. I can’t find anything good about this system.
