This is the second time I have ordered this pan. Make wonderful rum cakes and is easy release and easy clean.

Cakes Never Stick in this Pan

Bought this because I was doing a dessert flight (of three) and didn't want to overload the guests. These are the perfect size! One is perfect as part of an ensemble; I'd consider two or more a single serving. The cakes popped out easily and the pan really was easy to clean too. Don't forget to adjust your oven temperature for the dark coating!
